If the veins inside the back of the ear appear to be broken, one will die on that day or within ten days. If the color of the nails suddenly turns red, if one has not practiced mantras etc., then one will die after six months. If one suddenly becomes swollen, is beaten, and is disturbed by anger and fear, if one has not relied on the Dharma, then one will die within a year. If the senses cannot truly hold their own objects, language repeatedly makes mistakes, and the mind also repeatedly
