The Explanation of the Essential Instructions in Verse on Suchness, titled The Explanation of the Essential Instructions in Verse on Suchness, titled ༄། །In Sanskrit: Tatatva Karika Upadesha Vritti Nama. In Tibetan: The Explanation of the Essential Instructions in Verse on Suchness, titled. Homage to glorious Vajrasattva! That which abides in the center of the heart lotus, like a burning lamp, minutely observing, unmoving mind, not entering into objects, all three realms are non-dual ༄། །arising. Homage to the true nature of the Dharma realm, I am the supreme one. That which is called the Dharma realm. Homage to the ultimate reality of the Dharma realm. That which is the Dharma realm is the ultimate reality in which all three realms arise without duality. Not entering into objects, homage to that. Abiding in the center of the heart lotus, it is said. Heart is heart. Lotus is the four-petaled lotus. The color red is the nature of the four elements. The supreme of the moon and sun abides in the center of the navel. The nature of the four great elements is that the moon is the nature of earth and water, and the sun is the nature of fire and wind. Thus, abiding in the center of the navel is the Bhagavan Dharma realm, the ultimate reality of suchness. Like a burning lamp means non-duality burning, becoming fully visible. What is said here, minutely observing, means that minute is the Bhagavan, extremely minute, even more minute than the vajra Dharma realm, the single principle. Observing means appearing clearly like the root of a lotus. Unmoving mind means that the mind should always flow in a continuous stream of one-pointedness. What is said here, the three realms, means that the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm become non-dual, perfectly gathered into the single principle of equality. The meaning of all things being fully visible as the nature of space. The meditation mentioned above, the mind's own nature, the single principle, perfectly gathered is this. Reality has been spoken. For the benefit of beings, the single suchness, this non-dual nature has become, some slightly without elaboration, from the burning lamp this quality arises. Homage to the Bhagavan Dharma realm, that is, paying homage to that, if doing what, then this is said, inwardly.

The roots, subduing the horse that moves all movements. All wisdom, the victorious ones co-emerge in the three realms. Benefiting and increasing, the skull that arises greatly. May the arising be forever in the sky. The glory of stainlessness. This is what is meant. To put inside means to abandon the wandering. Wisdom is the eye that sees the true end. Knowing this self-arising yoga, the glory of stainlessness. Whatever hero, whose root consciousness arises in the form of space, is that yoga. To put inside means to put all the outwardly wandering minds inside, binding all the wandering movements, which is the horse of the six senses. This mind that desires its own object is the yoga of binding actions, the lotus posture of action. Then, a stainless state will arise from it. What kind of wisdom is said to arise, that is, all wisdom, etc., from all the victorious ones arises the conqueror, the Buddha Bhagavan. Co-emergence means that the sound arises like a bowl, and what is said is that this state of abiding is arising. Thus, the wisdom of all the Tathagatas arises. The supreme victor who is not other. His lineage is the three realms. The cause of all these three realms arising is the arising ones. Transforming the nature of speech into wisdom is the meaning of this. Here, the subtle form arises, that is, the arising. The meditator is the very nature of space, the glory of stainlessness. Whatever good person, he is the only three of suchness. Gathering and holding the discriminations, what is said is seeing him walking in two ways. Falling into samsara with great ignorance and discrimination. The one who abides in non-discriminating samadhi. This seeing the form of space is non-discrimination. The yogi who remembers the Buddha. The meditator who remembers the Dharma. By the yoga of remembering the Dharma. The nature of Dharmakaya arises. Whatever is said is said to meditate on the Bhagavan. Remembering the Buddha, etc. That is, the discrimination of the grasper and the grasped increases, thus the nature of the Buddha, the nature of the four forms of Vajrayogini. In its center is the Bhagavan of the Dharmadhatu. His retinues
