The noble mother, dark in color, dwells playfully upon a lotus with her right leg extended on top of a sun disc. One face, two arms. From the eight directions, she summons the eight planets with an iron hook held in her right hand. Her left hand holds a playful lasso. Chapter Fourteen: The Practice Method for the Wrathful Mother Who Summons the Noble Tara. Homage to her who strikes the surface of the earth with her palms and pounds it with her feet, who is wrathful and frowning, who intimidates the seven levels with the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). The noble lady, her body black in color, sits upon a red-yellow lotus on top of a sun mandala, suppressing the mind-demon with a dance in which the right leg is outstretched. She has three faces and three eyes, the root face being black, the right face white, and the left face red. She has six arms, possessing a wrathful frown, with her face and eyebrows contracted. She chews on human intestines, wears a crown of human heads, possesses a garland of skulls, wears a tiger skin as a lower garment, and is adorned with eight snakes. She holds sprouts in the four directions and intermediate directions. In her first right hand, she holds a sword. In her second, an iron hook. In her third, a staff. In her first left hand, she holds a skull cup filled with blood. In her second, a noose. In her third, she holds a head. The chapter on the method of practice for the Wrathful Mother Who Summons the Noble Tara, the fourteenth, is complete. Chapter Fifteen: The Practice Method for the Noble Tara, the Greatly Peaceful One.
