Chapter One: The Sadhana Called "Swift and Very Courageous Arya Tara". ༄། །In Sanskrit: Tāre devi stotram eka biśaṃtika sādhanaṃ nāma. In Tibetan: The Sadhana Called "The Twenty-One Praises of Tara". Homage to the venerable Arya Tara! Homage to Tara, swift and courageous! Her eyes are like a flash of lightning. Born from the stamens of the lotus face of the three-world lord. Here, first briefly, the Bhagavan Mother Tara dwells in the middle of the sky, seated on a red lotus, her body red in color, radiating light like fire. One face, two eyes, and eight arms. The first two hands form the mudra of teaching, endowed with the hand gesture of great joy. ༄། །The next two hands shoot arrows and bows to other directions, filling the heart. The third hand on the right holds a wheel, the fourth holds a sword, the third hand on the left holds a conch shell, and the fourth holds a lasso. Adorned with all ornaments. The first chapter of the sadhana called "Swift and Very Courageous Arya Tara" is complete. Chapter Two: The Sadhana Called "Arya Tara White Like the Autumn Moon". ༄། །Homage to the face that is like the autumn moon, fully stacked a hundred times. With thousands of stars gathered, her light shines brightly. Here, first briefly, Tara, white like the autumn moon, is white, with three faces and twelve arms. Of the three faces, the main face is white, the right face is blue, and the left face is yellow. The first two hands are placed equally. The second right hand holds a khatvanga, the third holds a wheel, the fourth holds a jewel, the fifth holds a vajra, and the sixth holds a garland of flowers. The second left hand holds a bowl filled with food, the third holds an utpala flower, the fourth holds a bell, the fifth holds a vase, and the sixth holds a book. The second chapter of the sadhana called "Arya Tara White Like the Autumn Moon" is complete. Chapter Three: The Sadhana Called "Golden Arya Tara". ༄། །Homage to the one born from a golden-blue lotus.
