So it is said. Then, the bell empowerment, symbolizing the nature of accomplishment wisdom, the nature of the supreme horse galloping. Then, the Vajra Master shows the mudra of holding the two vajra bells, places the play of combining skillful means and wisdom on the disciple's head, and recites this verse: Om, because all dharmas are completely pure, it is the very nature of Buddha's wisdom. Whatever the objects of the senses are, is the mandala of supreme bliss and illusion. Om, may auspicious so-and-so be consecrated. Vajra Nama Abhisheka Data Ya Ho (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). This is the nature of the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, symbolizing the nature of the glorious Vairochana, which is the name empowerment. The benefits of empowerment. The benefits of such empowerment are: the union of all Buddhas, the supreme bliss of the illusory sky-goers, will not decline, will not be confused, and will not be harmed. So it is said. Giving vows and precepts, etc. In order to give vows and precepts, etc., first, vows must be taken and precepts given, which are spoken by all Buddhas with one voice: The union of all Buddhas, breaking the precepts, is for you... All Buddhas, Bodhisattva Vajradhara, gods and humans, and yogi practitioners, for them, from the place of stinginess, drink the great blood in the heart. For the benefit of all sentient beings, in order to completely purify existence, through the union of unstoppable Dharma nature, one should always practice. Completely abandon one's own nature, and do not torment oneself with asceticism. Enjoy happiness as you please, this is the future Buddha. For all the enjoyments of a yogi, be fearless and joyful in any way. With sinless power, you will not fear, rejoice in breaking vows. Thus it is said, and the three vows of body, speech, and mind are explained in detail. This is the ritual of disciple empowerment. The ritual of empowerment as a master. Giving conduct. Then, becoming a Vajra Master, in order to accomplish the benefit of oneself and others.

For the sake of desire, one should supplicate the lama, saying: "Protector, by the grace of your compassion, the mandala master empowerment, etc., for the sake of self and others, grant me the empowerment to accomplish these actions." Thus saying, repeat: "Vajra bell, great mudra, take hold of the union of wisdom correctly. Today, great Vajra Acharya, gather all the disciples. This is all the Buddhas, held in the hand of Vajrasattva. Always hold it yourself, and be steadfast in the conduct of Vajrapani." Oṃ mahā vajra hūṃ. (藏文:ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་བཛྲ་ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ mahā vajra hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Great Vajra Hūṃ) Oṃ sarva tathāgata vajra sattva samaya tiṣṭha. Oṃ All Tathāgatas Vajra Sattva Samaya Abide) This is what all the Buddhas have declared, following the voice of wisdom. You too should always hold it, desired by the victorious ones for supreme enlightenment. Oṃ vajra ghaṇḍe a eṣa tvaṃ dhāraya mi hi hi hi hi hoḥ. Oṃ Vajra Bell A Eṣa You Hold Mi Hi Hi Hi Hi Hoḥ) For the sake of the stability of the mind's body, it is called the samaya mudra. Whatever makes all bodies stable, is renowned as the mudra. Oṃ mahā kāya vāka citta vajra samaya hūṃ. Oṃ Great Body Speech Mind Vajra Samaya Hūṃ) Thus giving the three kinds of conduct blessings, ༄། །Then, please the deities with the assembly of offerings and the dance of praise. Granting permission. Then, one should grant what follows, for the sake of accomplishing the activities of self and others, common, intermediate, and supreme, pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful, attracting, subduing, stiffening all actions, separating, dispelling ignorance, may the rituals be accomplished without hindrance. Sword, eye medicine, underground, rootless, unyielding ladder, newly transformed pills, grasping the sun and moon, raining, and so on, assemblies of actions, accomplishing phenomena and accomplishing wisdom, accomplishing the meaning of knowing mudras, may all accomplishments benefit beings, truly practice its meaning. Entering the realm of all the victorious ones, body, speech, and mind, supreme qualities, ornaments, activities, combining the realms of self and others, accomplish the magical accomplishments of the dakinis. Thus it is said. Then, again, open the eyes as before, just as a royal eye doctor removes cataracts from eye diseases, may the victorious ones remove the cataracts that you, child, do not know. Oṃ vajra naitra ava hara paṭalaṃ hrīḥ. Oṃ Vajra Eye Remove Veil Hrīḥ) All dharmas are like reflections, pure.
