Eleventh, thirteenth, and eighteenth are mudras of Dharma. Fifth, twelfth, fourteenth, fifteenth, seventeenth, and from the twentieth onwards, until the very end, are mudras of Karma. The way those words are connected is that first, one must rely on the body of the Great Seal, therefore the mudra of all arising is shown. Having sealed with that, one must also rely on the mudra of Samaya, therefore the second is shown. That also arises relying on the Great Samaya Mudra, therefore the third is shown. The basis of those is the union mudra, because it must possess that mudra, therefore the fourth is shown. By that, because actions are performed through various unions, the fifth is shown. In order to know that actions are accomplished by this, one must unite with distinctions of other's attire, the order of smiling, and the differences of gazing, therefore the sixth, seventh, and eighth are shown. Having purified by that, in order to do recitations and so forth, and to do offerings and praises and so forth, the ninth, tenth, and eleventh are spoken. By that, in order to please the deity, one must perform the dance mudra and the Vajra song, and offerings and making torma, therefore the twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth are shown. Thus, after pleasing the deity with offerings, one must empower the deity and the disciple, therefore the sixteenth is shown. By that, it must be applied to the work of accomplishments and to the work of protection and so forth, therefore the seventeenth and eighteenth are shown. That abides in the signs of symbols, in order to enter into action, therefore the nineteenth is shown. By that, it is also applied to other distinctions of accomplishments and actions, therefore the twentieth to the twenty-seventh are shown. That is also said in the Root Tantra: All various mudras, are developed from the four mudras, its twenty-seven branches, show the ritual of action, accomplish all accomplishments, and various rituals of actions, with the twenty-seven mudras, clear and able to accomplish, various non-dual mandalas are clear, various samayas arise accordingly, various Dharma mantras are recited,

Engage in all activities. All Buddhas are equally united. The supreme vow of all Buddhas. The abode of the illusory conduct of the Dakinis. The ritual of action is clearly accomplished. Through the power of engaging in one's own actions. Accomplished through the clarity of the wisdom of the mudras. Thus it is said. Therefore, all the elaborations of mudras are gathered into the twenty-seven mudras, and those are gathered into the four types of mudras. Therefore, it is also said in the seventh chapter: All the elaborations of mudras and so on, Are shown to be gathered into the four mudras. Thus it is said. Therefore, first, to briefly show the characteristics of the Great Mudra. Then, there are other explanations: Vajrasattva, glorious deity, Of all the various supreme ones, All the mudras are transformations. The limbs of accomplishing the mandala of mudras, from the above limbs, there are other different characteristics. First, all the differences in the body colors, attire, ornaments, postures, and hand implements, etc., of the individual deity mandalas, all the various mudras that arise are the manifestations of glorious Vajrasattva. How is the manner? Possessing all kinds of attire, and all the most supreme mudras are transformations. Now, in order to show the characteristics of the mudras that arise from all six mandalas from a special perspective, and the characteristics of the main deity of the Vajrasattva mandala: Bodhisattvas, all Buddhas are real, Vajrasattva, supreme bliss, In the joy of the supreme secret, All self-nature dwells eternally. Glorious Vajrasattva arises from the manifestation of the Buddhas, the great Vajradhara, who are non-dual in the three bodies, dwelling in the self-nature of the six lineages. Regarding the characteristics of his body color, etc.: Attachment to all bliss, In order to purify all accomplishments, Vajrasattva, supreme bliss, A body as red as the full moon. Because of enjoying the supreme Dharma of bliss and joy, therefore possessing the attire of great attachment, possessing a red glow, and because of enjoying the two types of Bodhicitta that purify all accomplishments, therefore completing the accumulations, possessing a face as white and expansive as the full moon of the sixteenth day. And also
