Oṃ! If the student is of middling faculty, then, for the nature of wisdom and prajñā that is cultivated outwardly, one should visualize a mandala of the third level of mind-essence, with a measure of hundreds of thousands of kotis, within the lotus of the Dharma-arising, and then confer empowerment through rituals that are spoken appropriately. If the guru can clearly see the emanation that is able to generate these two mandalas of accumulating merit, then he is the supreme of the supreme faculty. Empowerment should also be conferred on him in this way. For dull faculties, it is in a mandala of colored powders or a painted cloth mandala. The instructions should be given in this way, because the loss of instructions is frightening. Having spoken of the mandala in the aspect of the generation stage, it is spoken for the sake of speaking of the completion mandala, such as "What place?" etc. "What place?" means to negate the support in the ultimate sense. "What thing?" means to negate the support of the nature of the deity. Constructing the mandala, etc., is solely for the purpose of accomplishing merit, so it is the path of great enlightenment, but even so, it is said to be empty of qualities such as clairvoyance and realization. Such as "fallen" etc. "False" refers to the nature of falsehood that is imputed by discrimination. "Chatter" refers to distraction, various kinds of distractions quickly become complete, and beings who are liberated from the path of accomplishing enlightenment will fall, so it is said with compassion. So, what is it that is not imputed? The answer is: "Emptiness" etc. "Everything" refers to the aggregates and elements etc. Such a mandala is complete. How is it? The answer is: "Lotus" etc. It abides in the center of the lotus of great bliss etc. The assembly of yoginis is the nature of the channels. Heruka is the mind of enlightenment. That is to say, the nature of great bliss and emptiness are of one taste. Appearances such as dreams and images and illusions, like pus, arise as the nature of the aggregates etc., so it is said. That is "the cause of all." Therefore, one should receive the mandala of the completion stage, and look at it with whispering. This was spoken by Vajra Bell Feet. The line of mind-abiding activity and, the order of spreading colored powders.

Sa sprung. This realm of activity is solely a mandala, naturally accomplished and non-dual. What is the nature of the two fabricated ones? That is desired according to the power of those to be tamed. That is not to be narrated by those who desire liberation, liberation comes from seeing the true meaning. Thus it is said. If it is complete in that way, then it is only present at all times. Then what is the use of meditation? It is said: Because of harm, harm is reversed, because of ignorance of the nature of dreams, aggregates, and so on. Therefore, in relation to the ignorance of what should be taken and what should be abandoned, one should definitely examine. Quickly, that is, quickly, until the leisure and endowment are not taken to heart, this is also in the mind, thus combined with meditation. The sixth chapter in the commentary on the fearless treatise. Chapter Six: The explanation of revealing Suchness after empowerment.
