དཀར་མོ་དང་སྔོན་མོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མིག་གི་དྲི་མ་འདི་དང་དངུལ་ཆུ་བསྲེས་ཏེ་བཟའོ། །ཁ་སྦྱར་སྦྱོར་བའི་དུས་སུ་ནི། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་འདི་རྣམས་དང་སྦྱོར་བའི་དུས་ཀྱི་ཚེ་ཁ་སྦྱར་སྦྱོར་ཞིང་དབང་པོ་གཉིས་སྙོམས་པར་འཇུག་པར་བྱས་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་བླངས་ཏེ་རྡུལ་དང་བསྲེ་བར་བྱའོ། །མིག་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་རྫས་གང་ཡིན། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་རྩ་ཁོང་སྟོང་ན་གནས་པའི་བདུད་རྩིའོ། །གེ་སེར་སྦས་པའི་ ༄། །སྤྱོད་ཡུལ་ཏེ། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་པདྨའི་གེ་སར་གྱི་དབུས་ན་གནས་པ་ཞེས་པའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །སྨན་དེ་ཤ་རི་ཀར་གསུངས་སོ། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་དཀར་མོའི་རྡུལ་སྣ་ཁུང་གཡས་པའི་རླུང་རྒྱུ་བ་ན་སྣར་གཞུག་བར་བྱ་ཞིང་ནག་མོའི་རྡུལ་སྣ་ཁུང་གཡོན་པའི་རླུང་རྒྱུ་བ་ན་སྣར་གཞུག་པར་བྱའོ། །སྦྱོར་བས་འདི་དག་བྱས་ན་ཇི་ལྟར་གསུངས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་འདིར་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཟླ་བས་ཟླ་བར་ཞེས་པ་ལ། ཟླ་བ་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཏེ། སྣ་གཡོན་པའི་སྣ་ཁུང་དུ་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱའོ། ། ༄། །ཉི་མས་ཉིར་ཞེས་པ་ནི། ཤེས་རབ་མའི་སྣ་ཁུང་གཡས་བར་བླུགས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལུས་སྐྲ་དཀར་གཉེར་མ་ཞི། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་ལུས་ཀྱི་སྟེ་མགོའི་སྐྲ་དཀར་ཞི་ཞིང་སྦངས་ཞེས་པའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །གཉེར་མ་ཞི་ཞེས་པ་ནི་གཉེར་མ་དང་བྲལ་བ་ཞེས་པའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ ། །ཤ་ནི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡིན། །ཞེས་པ་ལ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ནི་དོན་ཡོད་པར་གྲུབ་པའི་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་ཤ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལྔ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་ཡི་མཆོག །ཅེས་པ་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལྔའི་རང་བཞིན་ནི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་ལྔའི་བདུད་རྩི་རྩ་ལྔའི་རང་བཞིན་མཆོག་ཏུ་ཕུལ་དུ་བྱུང་བ་ཞེས་པའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །ངག་གི་དམ་ཚིག་རྙེད་དཀའ་བ། This refers to the wisdom of a hot woman being blue-green. The image of heat refers to the whole body being warm. Her particles will appear in both halves of the month. 说是“位于灰烬中央”之语。此药名为夏日嘎。说是此药如实名为夏日嘎。何为具花之女？说是具有花粉的智慧母。颜色黑而极美的女子，说是颜色黑而极其美丽的女子。从其交合而生，说是与其一同交合，即二根交合所生的物质，此药之名是“成就母”之语。以佛顶之结合，说是金刚和莲花如实结合。以不退转之亲近，说是如同自己生命般的智慧母。有何差别呢？说是“极美未损”，即未与其他男子交合者，是极为美丽贤善之语。从彼最初所生之物，说是从最初之日所生之物，即与血和彼如实结合所生的菩提心相混合之药，如实说是具有孩童者。俱生喜乐所生之物，说是无有如实了知金刚和莲花之结合，于法之生处俱生之喜所生的物质，是莲花精髓之语。说是混合酥油，即混合根之精髓和莲花之精髓，此药如实说是顶髻母。此五药是佛顶续中所说。以日月之结合，说是当右鼻孔行气时，投入白色的微粒，当左鼻孔行气时，投入黑色的微粒。若以此等结合而行，则如所说般，于此无疑。所谓以月施月，月是指菩提心，应施于左鼻孔中。 ༄། 所谓以日施日，应注入智慧母的右鼻孔中。彼身白发皱纹消，说是身体，即头上的白发消退且柔软之语。皱纹消，是说远离皱纹之语。乃至佛住世间。

With the union of the Buddha's crown, it is said that the vajra and the lotus are actually united. With unwavering intimacy, it is said to be the wisdom mother who is like one's own life. What is the difference? It is said that "extremely beautiful and undamaged" means that those who have not had intercourse with other men are extremely beautiful and virtuous. The substance initially born from it, it is said that the substance born from the initial sun, that is, the medicine mixed with blood and the bodhicitta born from its actual union, is actually said to be one with children. The substance born from the joy of co-emergence, it is said that without the union of actually knowing the vajra and the lotus, the substance born from the joy of co-emergence in the place of origin of the Dharma is the term essence of the lotus. It is said to mix ghee, that is, mix the essence of the root and the essence of the lotus, this medicine is actually said to be the crested mother. These five medicines are mentioned in the Buddha's Crown Tantra. With the union of the sun and the moon, it is said that when the air flows through the right nostril, white particles should be put in, and when the air flows through the left nostril, black particles should be put in. If these combinations are done, then as said, there will be no doubt about it. The so-called giving the moon with the moon, the moon refers to bodhicitta, which should be given in the left nostril. ༄། The so-called giving the sun with the sun should be injected into the right nostril of the wisdom mother. Her body, white hair, and wrinkles disappear, it is said that the white hair on the body, that is, the head, recedes and becomes soft. The disappearance of wrinkles means being free from wrinkles. As long as the Buddha remains in the world.

一直到佛陀住世那样长久，都会长寿，这是它的意义。它的寿命将会增长，这是说寿命会增长延长，这是它的意义。任何事物都可以，意思是任何事物，即使是铁和铜也可以，涂上灰尘就能变成银和金。现在要正确地讲述其意，意释非常难得，意思是说，按照意图解释就是隐语，极其困难。小便即是智慧金刚，意思是说，智慧金刚是不动佛的自性小便。大便即是金刚善，意思是说，金刚善是毗卢遮那佛的自性大便。血是灯金刚，意思是说，灯金刚是宝生佛的自性变成的血。精液即是金刚方便生，意思是说，由一切佛的方便所生，菩提心的精液自性是主要的。肉是法金刚，意思是说，法金刚是不空成就佛的自性的肉。这五者是瑜伽母的殊胜，意思是说，五如来佛的自性是五瑜伽母的甘露，五根的自性是最殊胜的。语言的誓言难以获得，意思是说，语言的誓言是难以获得的词语的报酬，即使是声闻等也难以获得。牛的肉是燃烧等，这些很容易理解。这五者被说是瑜伽殊胜。意思是说，谷库达哈纳等五种誓言正确结合的精华是结合的殊胜。具有瑜伽瑜伽母，意思是说，瑜伽是五甘露，瑜伽母是五肉，具有是指将五甘露和五肉合在一起食用。讲述它的功德，那时所有的分别念都会毁灭，意思是说，所有的心的分别念都会毁灭消失。食物被称为福德，意思是说，食物的名字叫做福德。调料
