ལེའུ་ལྔ་པ། བཅུད་ལེན་བཤད་པ། ལེའུ་ལྔ་པ། བཅུད་ལེན་བཤད་པ། ༄། །ད་ནི་བཅུད་ཀྱིས་ལེན་གྱི་ལེའུ་རབ་ཏུ་བཤད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ནས་ཞེས་པ་ནི་དུག་གི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ལེའུ་བཤད་པའི་རྗེས་ཐོགས་སུ་བཅུད་ཀྱིས་ལེན་གྱི་ལེའུ་རབ་ཏུ་བཤད་པར་བྱ་ཞེས་སྦྱར་རོ། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་མཆོག །ཅེས་པ་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལྔ་དང་ཕུང་པོ་ལྔའི་ངོ་བོ་མཆོག་ཏུ་ཕུལ་དུ་བྱུང་བ་སྙིང་པོར་གྱུར་བའི་བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ་ཞེས་པའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་ཡི་གོང་ན་མེད། ཅེས་པ་ནི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་རྩ་ལྔའི་རང་ ༄། །བཞིན་ཏེ། དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གོང་ན་མེད་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཞེས་པའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །གཞོན་ནུ་མ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ལོ་བརྒྱད་མའི་མིག་ལས་བྱུང་བ་ལ་གཞོན་ནུ་མ་ཞེས་ཡང་དག་པར་བཤད་དོ། །ཤ་རི་ཀ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ལོ་བཅུ་གཉིས་མའི་རྩ་ཁོང་སྟོང་ལས་ཡང་དག་པར་བྱུང་བའི་རྫས་ལ་ཤ་རི་ཀ་ཞེས་ཡང་དག་པར་བཤད་དོ། །གྲུབ་མ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ལོ་བཅུ་དྲུག་མ་མེ་ཏོག་དང་ལྡན་པ་དང༌། ཁ་དོག་སྦྱར་བའི་སྦྱོར་བ་བྱས་པ་ལས་གང་བྱུང་བའི་རྫས་ཏེ། དེ་ནི་གྲུབ་མར་ཡང་དག་པར་བཤད་དོ། །བྱིས་ཅན་མ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ལོ་ཉི་ཤུ་མ་དང་པོ་རྡུལ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དང་ཁ་སྦྱར་བའི་སྦྱོར་བ་ལས་གང་བྱུང་བའི་རྫས་དེ་ནི་བྱིས་ཅན་མར་ཡང་དག་པར་བཤད་དོ། །ཐོད་བཟངས་ཅན་མ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ལོ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་ལྔ་མའི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཁུ་བ་དང༌། ཐབས་ཀྱི་ཁུ་བ་དང༌། ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་སྣུམ་བ་སྲེགས་པའི་རྫས་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་ཐོད་ཅན་མར་ཡང་དག་པར་བཤད་དོ། །དེ་དག་ནི་ཤེས་རབ་མ་ལྔའི་རྩ་ལྔ་ལས་བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ་ཡང་དག་པར་འབབ་པར་བཤད་དོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ལྔས་ཀྱང་རྙེད་པར་དཀའ། །ཞེས་པ་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལྔ་ནི་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ། དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་རྙེད་པར་དཀའ་ཞིང་དཀའ་ཆེས་པ་ཞེས་པའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །འདིས་ནི་སྨན་ལྔ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཆེ་བའི་བདག་ཉིད་གསུངས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གཞོན་ནུ་མ་ནི་ཟླ་དྲུག་ཏུ། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་ལོ་བརྒྱད་པའི་མིག་ལས་བྱུང་བ་སྟེ། མིག་གི་ཆུ་དང་དངུལ་ཆུ་ར་ཏི་གཅིག་པ་བསྲེས་ཏེ་ཟླ་བ་དྲུག་ཏུ་ཟོས་ན་ཇི་སྐད་གསུངས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་བཞིན་ཤ་རི་ཀ་ཟླ་གསུམ། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་ལོ་བཅུ་གཉིས་མའི་ཤེས་རབ་མའི་དང་པོའི་རྡུལ་དང་དངུལ་ཆུ་ར་ཏི་གཅིག་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་ཟླ་བ་གསུམ་དུ་ཟོས་ན་ཇི་སྐད་གསུངས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །གྲུབ་མ་ཟླ་བ་གཅིག་ཏུའོ། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་ལོ་བཅུ་དྲུག་མ་མདོག་ནག་མོ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་ཡང་དག་པའི་སྦྱོར་བ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི

"Then" refers to following the explanation of chapters such as the empowerment of poisons, and then thoroughly explaining the chapter on extracting essence. "Supreme Essence of the Tathagatas" refers to the five Tathagatas and the nature of the five aggregates being most supreme, the synonym for the five amritas that have become the essence. "Yogini Unsurpassed" refers to the nature of the five yoginis, the synonym for the unsurpassed essence above them. "Young Girl" refers to what arises from the eyes of an eight-year-old girl, which is correctly called a young girl. "Sharika" refers to the substance that correctly arises from the empty channels of a twelve-year-old girl, which is correctly called Sharika. "Accomplished Mother" refers to the substance that arises from the combination of a sixteen-year-old girl who has flowers and has undergone color mixing, which is correctly called Accomplished Mother. "Possessing Child Woman" refers to the substance that arises from the combination of a twenty-year-old girl who initially has dust and has been combined, which is correctly called Possessing Child Woman. "Skull-Crowned Virtuous Woman" refers to the substance that is the essence of wisdom of a twenty-five-year-old woman, as well as the essence of skillful means, and the substance after burning the oil of wisdom, which is correctly called Skull-Crowned Woman. These are the five amritas that correctly flow from the five channels of the five wisdom mothers. "Even the Five Buddhas Find it Difficult to Obtain" refers to the five Buddhas, such as Vairochana, even they find it difficult to obtain, extremely difficult, which is its synonym. This explains the great nature of these five medicines. "Young Girl for Six Months" refers to what arises from the eyes of an eight-year-old girl, mixing tears and one part of mercury, and taking it for six months, it will transform as stated. "Similarly, Sharika for Three Months" refers to taking the initial dust of the wisdom mother of a twelve-year-old girl together with one part of mercury for three months, it will transform as stated. "Accomplished Mother for One Month" refers to what arises from the correct combination of a sixteen-year-old girl together with a black substance.
