and with secret offerings. The secret mandala is the lotus wheel. What is called Māmaki is the Tibetan ༄. This, in the second chapter, is a summary of the mandala of the source of secret Dharma. To show that the summary is not arbitrarily composed, it is said, "spoken by the Bhagavan Vajradhara," and so on. It is said that it enables all mantras to arise freely. "Vajra Root" and so on. The name of the chapter is stated, which is "Mantra Arising." Mantras are those that are spoken immediately. Arising is a summary, that is, which chapter speaks and shows it, that is the name of the chapter. The number "three" is stated, which is the extensive commentary on the third chapter.
