Vajra nectar, etc., has already been explained. All Tathagatas refer to Vairochana Buddha and others, who are equal to the number of atoms in the world. Their body, speech, and mind refer to the body of the Tathagata, the selflessness of all dharmas, and the pure transcendental wisdom. That is Vajra, which refers to the nature of Vajrasattva or the nature of non-dual great bliss. Having that is "having." What is that? It is Vajra Nectar Great Bliss. From that King of Vajra Nectar Tantra, it means that only the nature of Vajra Nectar appears universally in all aspects. From that tantra, the chapter that reveals the secret mandala and the way of acting refers to the meaning of the secret mandala and the meaning of behavioral constraints, which are mostly explained in the phrase. ༄། །First means understanding from above the second.
