Glorious Vajra Amrita's Difficult Points Explained, Immaculate Good. Glorious Vajra Amrita's Difficult Points Explained. Immaculate Good. Chapter One: Explanation of Teaching the Spoken Secret Mandala. In Indian language: Śrī Vajrāmṛta Pañcīkā. In Tibetan language: Glorious Vajra Amrita's Difficult Points Explained. Homage to Glorious Vajrasattva! All of whose entities are completely subdued, immaculate wisdom flourishes, without confusion. Skillful means and wisdom, great compassion, equal in taste, therefore appearing as one and two. When the assemblies of Māmakī and others, with sidelong glances and six legs, behold, it is like a lotus face. Having relied on that, I write the supreme bliss, the nature of the victorious ones, Vajra Amrita. The meaning of the continuum appearing to oneself. Certainly secret, the secret mind. By oneself and others. For the sake of remembrance. I shall clearly explain the explanation. In this tantra, the Bhagavan Akshobhya, surrounded by the retinue of Māmakī and others, is what is to be spoken of. The tantra is also the speaker. The need is also that Vajra Amrita, the wisdom of great bliss, is manifested, and the faults of afflictions such as desire of beings are certainly destroyed, this is called the need. And also in that, ༄། །Having attained the samadhi of great bliss, contemplating afflictions such as desire, without effort, beings transform from not being victorious to being victorious, and constantly perform the benefit of sentient beings as fully enlightened Buddhas, this is the need of the need. These also are to be spoken of without doubt, for the sake of benefiting those who follow the Dharma and practice. However, for the sake of sentient beings attaining complete enlightenment, why did the Bhagavan not teach other samadhi methods superior to this? If it is asked why the transcendent is taught here, the answer is: Because the world, from beginningless time, is accustomed to the net of all afflictions such as desire, and if separated from attachment and the like, it cannot abide even a little. Therefore, only this method, for the sake of attaining complete enlightenment, should be accepted as the cause, and by means of intention, mantras, mudras, and invoking wisdom heroes, enlightenment can be attained, and the power is extremely strong.

they will also be born in evil destinies. Furthermore, desire and those with desire, bondage and the bound, are not truly established in the ultimate sense. When analyzed with reason, they are purely false. As it is said in the scriptures: One should not cling to the object of desire, the place of desire, or the cause of desire; for a mind that does not cling, there is no fault of desire. There is nothing to be generated or destroyed; only a mind without desire, liberated from all afflictions, has no more rebirth. Those who cling to the view of self, they will fall into evil paths due to desire. Those who are the Dharma of desire are also the Dharmas of the Buddhas; there is no difference between them. The letters are the same, the manner is the same, there are no characteristics. Likewise, there are no beings, and no Tathagata to be offered to. If one slanders and distinguishes precepts, those who are proud and intoxicated by their own discipline, they have no Bodhi and no Buddha Dharma. Because their aim is based on a wrong view. Again, it is said: There is no desire, and no freedom from desire; one does not cling to the Middle Way. And so on. Here, the Bhagavan Akshobhya is the teacher. Māmaki is the questioner and the compiler of the tantra. The goddesses such as Shanti Ma are the ultimate guardians of the gates, that is, the mandala. The words 'Thus I have heard' and so on are the beginning of the tantra. 'Thus I' means the Vajra Amrita Tantra that is about to be spoken. 'I have heard' means 'I know'. 'At one time' means at a certain time, that is, when the Bhagavan Akshobhya was dwelling in the secret lotuses. 'Bhagavan' means one who has conquered the four maras and possesses virtues. Or because he possesses qualities such as freedom. 'Always dwelling in the secret lotuses' means having the meaning of permanence. 'All the Tathagatas' refers to Vairochana Buddha and others. Their body, speech, and mind are the essence of Vajra. The secret of Vajra Amrita is Māmaki and others.
