From the great navel arise various fruits, possessing the thirty-two major marks, endowed with the eighty minor marks. Riding on the moving wind, it constantly travels to and fro in the navel. At the edge of the head is a wind-wheel, abiding like the shape of a bow. For the upper and lower winds, four petals are perfectly situated. Tongue and palate joined together, constantly making sounds, becoming one and dissolving into one, there it is called the Great Seal. The entering wind is restrained, drawn upwards and joined together. The yogi should count until how many times it reverses. Just as ghee is poured into ghee, just as water is placed in water, like space and space, one will realize oneself by oneself. Entering and exiting and, abiding, with a slow and restful sequence, from the indivisible, virtuous, and utterly peaceful, one goes into the state of no self-nature. This wisdom is self-awareness, abandoning all discriminations. By the order of self-blessing, one should know that is the yogi. From the order of universal joy and so on, and the distinctions of near-showing and so on, and the order of yoga and so on, from the guru's words, it is most excellent. There is no seed and no meditation, emptiness of self-nature, without a place to abide, completely burn and depart. Especially the bliss of going and, because attachment is also discrimination, that which is without attachment is stained. Whoever has abandoned ignorance, should know it like waking from sleep. Below the earth, above the earth, in the heavens, in a single instant, one body transforms. By the discriminations of self and other, one is not able to be bound. The oral instructions following the mantra are deeply revealed, view all things as like the moon in water. The clinging to objects will be reversed, and the path of the Sage will draw near. Because one's own mind is the demon, therefore, one should subdue one's mind. Having subdued one's own mind, there are no demons or enemies. For example, in the fragrant saffron flower, a drunken bee in the meadow, bound by the setting sun, will experience various sufferings. Likewise, the guru's words are the setting sun for sentient beings, samsara is extremely terrifying, extremely dim, bound by the noose of bliss, when that arises, the path of suchness will draw near.

Therefore, through the path of accordance, the supreme state will be attained. For example, just as enjoying food, and being manifestly attached to desires. Similarly, if one becomes accustomed, all things will be seen as emptiness. By abiding in the four wheels, the four suchness of the four seats. The teacher who triumphs over enemies, writes as he has experienced himself. The wisdom and knowledge of the four seats school, the determination of manifest enlightenment, this is the fourth section. The four suchness of the glorious four seats school, composed by the teacher Dze-tari, is completed. The Indian Abbot Gaya Dhara, and the Tibetan translator Gos Lhatse, translated, revised, and finalized it. The four suchness of the four seats, Dze-tari.
