Great bliss and the Dharma wheel, should be known as the means aspect, emanation and enjoyment, should be known as the wisdom aspect. Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) and A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) and Ham (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Ham), should be contemplated in the four navel places. For all the letters of the petals, the method of igniting the fire of inner heat, and the order of generating bliss, should be understood from the mouth of the guru. When rising from that samadhi, without thinking of anything else, the instructions of the completion stage are, one should be devoted to the meaning of desiring the supreme. Again, abiding in the manner of a deity, contemplate the four aspects of illusion. In short, the yogi who desires the supreme, should cultivate this very sequence of instructions, just like dealing with food, without distraction and with diligence. Although I and others are not able to strive diligently, yet for the sake of benefiting inferior sentient beings, may all beings see the truth through the merit of this nectar-like deed. The method of accomplishment of glorious four seats, composed by the great teacher Bhava Bhadra is complete. Translated, revised, and finalized by the great Indian Abbot Gayadhara and the great Tibetan translator Gos Lhatse.
