“Li” and so on, refer to the white letter “A.” Only explaining the seed syllable for meditation, such as “On water trees, flowers, lotuses,” etc. Like in the heart above a cow's hoof, meditate on the egg-born mind's letters “Hum” and “A” as inseparable, this is the concluding word. Then, the yogi who meditates on samadhi explains the external actions, that is, understanding the external actions, etc. Such as “The mind's duality to me,” etc., where the mind's duality refers to dividing one's own mind into internal and external parts for meditation. So, how to meditate on the external mind? Such as “Earth and so on,” etc., that is, in the center of the stacked external mandala of beings, wind mandala, fire mandala, and sun mandala, meditate on the red seed syllable “A” from the vowels and consonants. After meditating on internal and external in this way, the recitation is explained, that is, “Recite during outgoing and incoming.” This refers to reciting the mantra “Om A Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ओम् आ स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ ā svāhā,汉语字面意思:Om A Svaha)” while exhaling, and retracting while inhaling, this is the concluding word. So, what does such recitation do? That is, “By arising wisdom seed, it will destroy in the center.” This refers to the seed syllable “A” that arises simultaneously with inhalation and mantra recitation, one should contemplate it meeting in the center of the “A” of the external sun wheel. To clarify that meaning, it is said “Reciting by arising,” etc. Thus, for the yogi who meditates on the equality of outgoing and incoming, the equal meditation is explained, that is, “Showing the characteristics of arising,” etc. The yogi who meditates on that samadhi, explains the ritual for knowing the minds of others, that is, “Then external and other bodies,” etc. The commentary on the fourth chapter of the “Secret Seat” from the “Glorious Four Seats Tantra” composed by Pandit Smriti Jnana Kirti is completed. Commentary on the third chapter of the “Secret Seat.”
