Fourth Chapter Fourth Chapter Now, in order to understand the distinctions of the five ambrosias and so on, the prayer to the Bhagavan is spoken. Regarding "five ambrosias" and so on, "the distinctions of the five ambrosias," etc., is related to "should be heard from the Bhagavan." Among them, "distinction" means to distinguish in detail. Previously, it was understood without distinction, but now it is distinguished one by one because one wants to understand. "By what are the five hooks blessed?" Among them, "by what" means by what kind of distinction. "Blessed" means accomplished. Therefore, one should connect "should hear the distinction of the hooks accomplished from what distinction." Or, by what seed is it blessed? "Non-dual, non-dual Dharma," among them, "non-dual" means Suchness. "Non-dual" means the nature of Prajnaparamita, which is the distinction of Suchness. "Dharma" means its nature, which is the characteristic of no self-nature. "How are the two discriminations abandoned?" refers to the discrimination of two, that is, in the non-duality of Prajnaparamita, the discrimination of two forms, with things and without things. "How are ཨཱ་ལི་(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and ཀཱ་ལི་(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)?" refers to what kind of union of means and wisdom it is. "What is the mind of the outer seal?" Among them, "outer seal" refers to the expression of language. "Mind" refers to the sign seal. In some texts, "sign" appears, and there, too, the meaning is the sign seal itself. "The principles of the Yoga treatises, etc.," among them, "Yoga" refers to the means of accomplishment, the combination of medicines. That itself is the treatise, because it tames the minds of sentient beings and brings them closer to the holy Dharma, so it is a treatise. "Principle" refers to how it connects sentient beings with accomplishment, for example, through those accomplishments of medicines, they are made to trust in the path of the Buddha, and through trust they enter, from entering they practice, and from practice they perfect.

Therefore, enlightenment will be attained. Thus, through this, passing from one to another, it leads to perfect enlightenment. Because it can be obtained, it is the rule. Or rather, the Yoga Tantra itself is the rule, therefore one engages in recitation and meditation, etc. Through the power of its merit, passing from one to another, it leads to and obtains enlightenment. The answer is given: The Blessed One, etc., 'first' means initially, and what is to be specifically understood is the remainder. What is it? Amrita Vajra Water, which is both a part of the Vajra and the nature of Amrita, therefore it is Amrita Vajra Water, i.e., Bodhicitta. Explaining this one itself by dividing it into five parts: 'The nature of the five is fully absorbed.' It means that it will become the five great elements of the nature of fire, etc. In order to explain this teaching itself, 'If touched, warmth is fire.' etc., 'If touched, warmth' means that it can be known to be warm by touching it. 'Appearing like smoke is wind.' 'Appearing like smoke' refers to steam, which is the element of wind. 'Having a liquid nature is called water.' 'Having a liquid nature' refers to dripping downwards and being oily. 'Nature' is a part, the oily and dripping part is water. The sound of 'water' is liquid. 'Appearing as form is earth.' 'Appearing as form' refers to showing solidity, that part is the meaning of the earth element. 'Wisdom blessing is Vajra itself.' 'Wisdom' means being able to understand, the four great elements that have just passed appear as a lump of Bodhicitta. 'Blessing' means existing, distinguishing and existing there. 'Vajra itself' refers to space, because it is indivisible. Therefore, this shows that because the four great elements appear from the lump of semen, one should know that space itself, which distinguishes their states, also exists. 'Meditate as five deities.' It means that those five great elements are Amitabha and Amoghasiddhi and Akshobhya.

and, Vairochana and, contemplating in the essence of Ratnasambhava, that is, contemplating the single drop of semen as the five deities. How to contemplate these? It has been said, starting with "without remainder." "Shape" means it is related to water, so it is shape, the letter is Sa. "Without remainder" means Kali is a part, that is, the moon. Sa means it enters together with it, because it is the seed of nectar, so it is Sa itself. "The depleter is fire," in which "depleter" refers to the letter Ṣa, because there is the saying "Ṣa ya twad." That itself is fire, because it has the same dharma as fire. "Likewise, always with wind," refers to the letter Ya, because it is always the nature of wind. "Swan, synonymous witness," in which "swan" is the letter Ham. Sa refers to the seed of earth, that is, itself. "Synonymous" means it is common to all meanings, what is it? It refers to the base, that is, the witness and place of all emptiness and other places, past and other states. Thus, the letter Ha of swan itself is also Sa, and it is also the common base of things, therefore it is a witness synonymous with Sa.
