Fourth Chapter Fourth Chapter Now, in order to briefly show the deity yoga at the extreme of emptiness, the fourth chapter, such as "Listen," is taught. Vajra refers to the one who holds the vajra. "Listen" is related to "non-duality." "As it is path" is for suppressing like a path. Abandoning duality is Being separated from the apprehended, etc., therefore it is non-dual. These show that the non-duality of deity yoga is the path to great enlightenment. How is it? It is said, "Samsara," etc. Samsara is the ocean, because it is difficult for children to cross. Suffering is extremely difficult, so it is very frightening. "The enemy of water is filled with the holy." The enemy of water is crocodiles, etc. Here, the enemies such as crocodiles of desire, etc., are filled with the holy, that is, good people. "Beings who are drowning in the center" refers to beings who are drowning in the ocean of samsara. What are those? It is said, "It is called the characteristic of liberation." Characteristic refers to what is to be signified, that is, deity yoga. Liberation refers to what liberates, which is the path to liberate beings from the ocean of samsara. "Say" means that it is the meaning spoken by all the immeasurable Buddhas. In order to show the characteristic of non-dual wisdom, it is said, "What is to be signified," etc. What is to be signified is deity yoga. Characteristic is the action of examining it. Because it signifies with this, it is the signifier, that is, the practitioner. Consciousness and wisdom, consciousness is what is to be known, wisdom is discernment, it is the characteristic of the apprehended and the apprehender of what is to be signified, etc. Wisdom sees what is to be known. Wisdom is the wisdom of emptiness, what is to be known is the aggregates, etc., there are those actions there. The realm of what is to be known should be observed. What is to be known is what is to be signified, etc. The realm is its nature, observation is think

This is the grasping of its own nature, and the wisdom of its own nature that is free from grasping and being grasped, which is non-dual. The mind that examines beings, is the yogi who understands the nature of what is to be known. How does attachment transform? Manifest and proceed as desired. Here, the rest is spoken of, with this non-dual path of divine yoga, as desired, one will enter into the meaning of perfect Bodhi. In order to show the other benefits of the path of realizing emptiness, it is spoken of with "By a rope" and so on. Like a drunken elephant bound by a rope, like a drunken elephant bound by a rope, although bound by a rope, it also obtains special enjoyment. Likewise, the yogi bound by the rope of samsara is also like that. Obscured by the rope of samsara, in this sentence, obscuration is the wisdom of completely knowing one's own nature, entering into it. Who enters? The yogi, like an elephant. Emptiness is unique, only an approximate representation. What is approximate? Countless previous lives. From going to going, that is, the going of previous lives, moment by moment, although the cycle of taking and abandoning has bound, but by practicing the divine yoga of realizing emptiness, although perfect Bodhi has not been achieved, at the time of death, one will proceed to a special going. Therefore, "previously" and so on are spoken, like the characteristics shown previously, that is, what is said by "the mind dissolves into the sky" and so on. After practicing emptiness, what should be done? Speaking of "the field of emptiness" and so on, the field of the body purified by emptiness, the wise, with the wisdom of distinguishing the Dharma, the wise sow seeds, that is, the seeds of the gods, and after planting, the meaning of the fruit will ripen. How can the seeds of the Tathagata be sown in the body of the aggregates and so on? In order to show by way of metaphor, therefore, "for example" and so on are spoken. The house of the outcaste is...
