The Threefold Manifestation of the Co-emergent Mandala, named Jnana Shri. The Threefold Manifestation of the Co-emergent Mandala, Jnana Shri. In the language of India: Sahaja Mandala Tri Aloka Sahaja Nama. In Tibetan: The Threefold Manifestation of the Co-emergent Mandala, I prostrate to the glorious Heruka. Abandoning all aspects such as agency, devoid of birth, destruction, and assembly, not abiding, the non-dual glorious Heruka, I prostrate and write of the co-emergent. It is called the Mandala of the Body, and the Mandala of བྷ་གའི་, and the Mandala of the Mind of Enlightenment, the Mandala is explained as threefold. Ra indicates fire, from which blood and bile arise, pervaded by phlegm, dust and sinews also ༄. are produced. The chief of these is wind, ha is said to be all-pervading, in the boundaries of the bones, it is pervaded by five seeds. Ra is located in the throat, the four seeds are unsurpassed, in the position of the first table, it is adorned with five seeds, ha is the sixth vowel, the fifth is known as all-knowing. The so-called ha, from all, all the Buddhas are gathered, because the vajra and lotus are united, existence and non-existence are mixed into one, it is said to be excrement, urine, phlegm, blood, and likewise the fifth is semen, the body is the nature of the five nectars. Bone marrow and semen, are shown to be born from the father, flesh and blood and skin, are well said to be born from the mother. The two aspects are one sphere, from the two arising are many. From the principle of one and many, it is said to be Vajradhara. The delightful Mandala of the Body of the five, such as Heruka, possesses the four gates as spoken of, born from one's own limbs, it is stabilized by eight pillars, because the accomplishments are all equal, it is very famous in the four directions. By the principle of body, speech, and mind, it is said that one is the three wheels, by the order of the lineage gurus, it is clear as the perfect mandala. བྷཻ་རམ་ etc. abide properly, the lotus of the head is Mount Meru, the soles of the feet are in the shape of a bow, it is clear as the Mandala of Wind, the triangle is in the direction of the waist, the Mandala of Fire

It abides in that very place. The round belly is called water. The square chest is called earth. The spine is Mount Sumeru. There, in the region of the head, it abides, Thirty-two lotus-born channels, Perfectly complete with vowels and consonants. The bodhicitta is thirty-two. From the center of the head, what is called the brain, That which is known as its function, Whatever is in the center of the lotus, Is called the mandala of the moon. In its center is the letter HE (ཧེ,He,he,嘿). It has the form of an indestructible bindu, It is the nature of the unmanifest manifest, It abides perfectly in the form of a seed syllable. That itself is the root of all Stable and moving beings, Of the forms of all embodied beings, It is from that that they are first born. Because nectar drips day and night, It pleases the fire, It also distinguishes sounds, Therefore, it undoubtedly makes the mandala complete. That itself is said to be the mandala, The supreme essence of things. Because it takes and holds, It is considered the mandala of the body. It truly enters into the channels, Its doors are of two kinds. At the time when they gather, One will visualize the body of a deity. The upper and lower doors are of two kinds, The lower door is consciousness itself. The upper door is the elements, The yogi should contemplate all the channels, Gathering and entering. On the upper door of the body, always, The Vajra Holder abides in the lineage. On the three upper and lower wheels, With nine doors, one truly enters. By the distinctions of body, speech, and mind, Because of the three kinds of illusion, In the three wheels of supreme, intermediate, and final, It truly abides. One pillar and nine doors, The five gross elements are the surpassing deities. The paths of the nine apertures, Are known as the nine doors. The final one is the door of the body, The gross deity manifests. Whoever knows this, possessing mind, Is called a male yogi. Always, at all times, By the distinctions of going and shining, For the footless, two-footed, four-footed, and so on, By the distinctions of wind and so on, The breath abides in four aspects, The procedures for the mind to abide are two, The procedures of absorption and entry. Absorption is always abiding, Entry is going and coming. Thus, whoever
