Extinguishing and so on have smoke. Recite "Jvala Jvala Hum," or with the syllable "Hum," fan the fire with a wind fan, and make the butter blaze with an iron spoon, etc., while reciting the heart essence of the main deity. For extinguishing and so on, first use black butter. Then, recite "Om Vajra Sattva Ah" to the kusha grasses, with two kusha grasses each, tips facing the same direction, without impurities, green, aligned, leaves unbroken, not too long. First, the outside of the practitioner's left edge facing east, similarly, facing Yama, facing west, tips pointing north. Then, cover the stove with the tips of the kusha grass facing forward. The kusha grasses are about the size of a cow's ear, not too long. For the stoves of increasing, empowering, and subjugating, respectively, the two kusha grasses with tips pointing north, west, and south, first on the outside of the left edge, similarly facing the tips. Then, the one with the nature of a deity, with the syllable "Hum" of a color that matches the activity, perfect the stove, and recognize the blazing fire, meditate on the selflessness in the center of this fire, and on the triangular fire mandala arising from the syllable "Ram," residing on the lotus and sun, arising from the syllable "Ram," or perfected in an instant, a four-armed sage with qualities matching the activity. The right arm holds a staff and a fire stove, the left arm holds a water pot and a rosary, with a collection of beard and hair, the third strand hanging down, the body wearing ornaments, clothes, and a garland of light matching the activity, and various consciousnesses, sealed with the lineage seal, blessed in the heart with the syllable "Ram."
