Na ༄། །As for the mandala ground. May the powerful one, with a blue body, be victorious! How the red one beautifies, may it be victorious! May the beauty adorned with vows be victorious! May the half-moon adorning the head be victorious! May the wheel of goddesses adorn, be victorious! May the supreme body of the first Buddha abide, be victorious! May desire, liberation, wealth, and Dharma giving be victorious! May the nature of complete joy and play be victorious! May the protector of happiness, ཕྱག་རྡོར་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning), be victorious! Then, pay homage with the round umbrella and so on. The student should rely on this. Then, the opponents will be defeated. After saying that, the teacher removes the umbrella with his hand. Standing up, he says this to the student. This is what should be proclaimed from then on. Today, the mandala teacher and, the mantra and tantra will be upheld. The Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and, the gods also agree. For the sake of benefiting sentient beings, with your mandala ritual, write with effort. Practitioners, combine with mantra. For all miserliness and doubts, benefit sentient beings, you should do those things, even if you have great difficulties yourself.

Then, make the Lama happy. Whatever is slightly very pleasing, whatever is especially excellent, offer all of that to the Lama. Because you want that which will not be exhausted. Whatever is difficult to give away, that is known as excellent. Thus, whoever gives empowerment, that is clearly called a teacher. The mantra blessed by him will surely be accomplished, there is no doubt about this. Oṃ Vajrasattva) etc., while reciting the Vajra song, skillfully combine with the Vajra dance, and completely empower the stream that goes to the sand mandala sea. Then, that ground should be truly smeared with the nature of the earth. For the benefit of myself and the disciples who are not self, perform a fire offering. Again, with that secret mantra method, the removal of the stake is also the same. Bathe with bliss, and practice meditating on selflessness. The teacher then wipes away, the well-gathered wealth, and enjoys it himself, without sharing it with the disciples. Everything of the mandala should be offered to the teacher himself. If the one with vows is close to the disciple. Thus, these that I have observed well are not compiled from my own various unrelated thoughts without scriptural authority. In the second chapter of the glorious Vajravarahi it says: Whoever gives empowerment to the disciple, that must be equipped with the four. For those who are fully matured in the Mahayana, then the mantra should be taught. First, the mandala of Varahi should be drawn, then that of Heruka. Vajra girl or others, there wisdom

This ritual can also be applied to all mandalas, including dakinis. My guru considers this ritual to be in accordance with the mandala ritual of the great scholar Gyalwa Zangpo. Therefore, I am not doing this arbitrarily. Beings have inferior lifespan, wisdom, merit, inclination, and diligence. Therefore, if one does not look at the vast tantras, what is the use of listening to the Dharma and practicing it properly? Thereafter, without mixing with other methods, this great tantra's ritual, which the guru has personally shown. Because of the fear of it disappearing, I compile it with clear recollection, thinking that it will surely be perfected. Without making it up myself, I take the tantras, the treatises of the wise, and the instructions of the guru as witnesses. I compile it to the best of my ability, and if there are any mistakes, I pray that the gurus will forgive me. May the stainless merit arising from this, like the cool rays of the bright moon. May it eliminate the suffering of beings who are blind in wisdom and deeply ignorant. The ritual of the empowerment tantra of the glorious Ocean of Dakinis, the words of the great scholar Jaya Sena, the treasure of the precious empowerment king, translated by the glorious Yeshe Dorje, is complete. The Empowerment Ritual
