Having emitted it from the navel, again visualize it entering the mouth of the consort, entering one's own seed syllable. All the consorts and yoginis should also meditate on repeating this. One should also recite the wrathful deity's mantra. Through this order, being free from the fault of recitation, one should keep the mind evenly abiding, and recite until one becomes weary. These are the secret mantras for recitation: Om Vajra He He Ru Ru Kam Hum Hum Phat Dakini Jala Sambara Svaha. Om Hrih Ha Ha Hum Hum Phat, this is the heart mantra and near-heart mantra of the deity. Om Sarva Buddha Dakini Ye Vajra Varnani Ye Hum Hum Phat. Om Vajra Vairochani Ye Hum Hum Phat Svaha, this is the heart mantra and near-heart mantra of the deity's consort. Om Dakini Ye Hum Hum Phat. Om Lama Ye Hum Hum Phat. Om Khanda Rohi Hum Hum Phat. Om Rupini Ye Hum Hum Phat. These are the mantras of the heroines. Om Namo Bhagavati Viresaya Hum Hum Phat. Also recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, and abide in divine pride. In the interval between noon and afternoon, sit comfortably on a cushion in the meditation room. Transform yourself into light, from the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) it transforms completely, from that, visualize the mandala of the Blessed One, the Wheel of Great Bliss, the mandala of the five deities of the wheel, a pavilion made of piles of precious jewels, clearly visualize the eight great charnel grounds surrounding it, and perform all the rituals such as empowerment. In the last session, practice all the rituals shown before, and after the recitation, with the light of the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), everything transforms into light, gather it into the mandala lord, the main deity of the mandala along with the mudras also, transforms into light, enters the heart, the supremely wise father and mother, that also gathers into the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) on the sun disc in the heart, between the sun disc, U, Ha, head, moon, bindu, and nada, gather it into that, and there also enter into non-conceptual sleep. The next morning, imagine that Vajrayogini awakens you with song, and perform all the rituals as on the previous day. Thus, with reverence and without interruption, by meditating, the mind becomes stable, and meditate on the samadhi of the completion stage. Yogis, great bliss, blood drinkers, and other yogis, holding various flowers in their hands, various banners and flags, various musical sounds, various offerings of songs and dances, lead to the realm of the Dakinis. Death, this is just conceptual thought. Possessing vows and revering the guru, diligently practicing meditation, all accomplishments will arise. Longevity and enjoyment will be abundant, fortune and splendor, power and activities will be accomplished. Become proficient in all treatises, and become a great author. Quickly attain the state of the great Vajradhara. From the proper practice of the Blessed One, the Wheel of Great Bliss, whatever merit is obtained, may all beings
