那拉嘎 吽 吽 吽。牛卧之处与摇摆处,剩余干枯之根处,作大法螺之自性,或者作乌龟之(自性)。须弥山之上,种种莲花之中央,吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:种子字)完全转变,从中生出种种大金刚。其之中央,邦(藏文:བྷཱུྃ,梵文天城体:भूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhūṃ,汉语字面意思:种子字)完全转变,从中生出珍宝所成三重四方之房屋,具四门,以四马厩而庄严,以八柱而美观,琵琶等安放于神座之上,以花鬘等七种而庄严,七十二风动之声。处所方向树木田地风云等,供养瑜伽。八大尸林所围绕。房屋内有种种八瓣莲花,末端三圈弯刀鬘。莲花之上建立怖畏时日。心间有日光自在之座,四方莲瓣有生命气息心与兔,四隅之上月瓶颅器甘露。山上有种种莲花,中央生出阿利嘎利。白色自在母压伏一切,金刚铃拥抱其身。具足二十四又一半之勇士瑜伽母众。吉祥黑汝嘎大王。当修持此殊胜之果位。薄伽梵胜乐轮,身色蓝色具四面,以十二手而庄严,以右伸之步伐而安住。根本面为深蓝黑色,左面为红莲花之色,右面为金色,上面为祖母绿之色。红色圆眼三目龇牙咧嘴,发髻束起具绸带垂饰,以五颅器为顶饰,半月种种金刚庄严。战胜非时之死亡,肢体与卡章嘎相合。颅器之供养器皿中,口中必定放入兵器。青春年少具威仪,具足三十二相,以八十随好而庄严,具有娇媚等九种姿态。具虎皮裙,以六印而极度庄严,具头鬘大项链,上方撑起白色伞盖。其前方所住之天女,金刚母极度怖畏母,以黑汝嘎之威严面向,具三眼忿怒母之形象,嘎巴拉中充满血。

Her step is combined with skillful means, Her right hand embraces the waist of the father. In her heart, wisdom greatly increases, A variegated lotus, sun, vajra, Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). Bless body, speech, and mind as vajra. The three threes are the three syllables. The mantra that accomplishes everything, Its distinctions are explained in order. The secret mantra that is intertwined, Is distinguished by the place itself. The oral instructions are joined together, And the vajra lineage is bound. The seed syllable of the eight Ya divisions, Similarly, the twelve hooks and sprouts, The intermediate syllable is discarded, The six limbs are called Heruka. Each syllable perfectly abides. Skillful means and wisdom are armor. Each of the Ḍākinīs, Is surrounded by countless billions. Ḍākinīs and Lāmās, Tuṃkīmās and Rūpiṇīs, Accomplish all siddhis, Reside in the lotus direction. Blue, green, red, yellow, One-faced, disheveled hair, four-armed. The left hand holds a skull cup and khaṭvāṅga, The right hand holds a chopper and ḍamaru. Three eyes, youthful and flourishing, Wrathful, with matted hair and bared fangs. Then there are also the Ḍākinīs who are the mindfulness of the body, The Lāmās who are the mindfulness of feeling, The Tuṃkīmās who are the mindfulness of dharma, The Rūpiṇīs who are the mindfulness of mind. The perfectly concentrated glorious Heruka Vajra. With the rays of light from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) in the heart, The deities of the wisdom mandala are empowered.
