The vow that unifies all forms, such as waves, in a unique way is the vow. What are these? It is said: The so-called vow, and so on. Happiness is the complete realization that all things are equality because all discriminations have disappeared. Because all dharmas are merely the nature of discrimination. Thus it is said. To this it is said: Birth and cessation are only some conditions. Thus it is said. Or, after empowerment, explain that. From the words "after empowerment, explain that," two verses show the four empowerments of the nature of the four joys. Among them, from "supreme bliss" and so on, half a verse is a summary indication. From "body" and so on, two lines are the teacher and the secret. From "vow" and so on, two lines are the empowerment of wisdom and insight. What is said to be expressible comes from self-awareness itself. What is said to be un-indicatable is because there is no metaphor for the mundane and the supramundane. To this it is said: Others cannot speak, co-emergent. It cannot be found anywhere. It can only be understood by relying on close association with the guru and one's own merit. Thus it is said. It is also not the same as the lotus of wisdom, etc., because there is no other basis, so it is only spoken of as a metaphor. To this it is said: In the accomplishment of insight, it is not impermanent great bliss, but constant great bliss. Born from itching, how is it not great bliss? Thus it is said. Or, there, by the power of the guru's instructions, by the power of blocking the moon, the unseen reality is realized. Because there cannot be other forms like that in the world. To this it is said: Therefore, any one who has accumulated a body of merit, that is the only side. To those who have achieved unwavering minds in the union of mudras, I prostrate. Thus it is said. If it is said, how are the former and the latter not contradictory? No, because the former only belittles changing happiness. To this it is said: The moon moves to the vajra, and again there is no need for anything. This is to say that it is not so in relation to unchanging happiness. To this it is said: Therefore, people should strive greatly to attain unchanging happiness.

Should be relied upon. Staying there for a long time, again grasp that very thing that is born together. (Thus it is said.) Or, according to what is desired, the former is to prevent attachment to the manifestation of the result from the cause, and the latter is to show the meaning of the cause, so there is no contradiction. For the sake of that very nature, it should also be said that it is born together. Thus, if one becomes accustomed to having the means, then by this one can obtain the result of transcending the world. Thus, also with the action mudra of being born into the form of a goddess who desires manifestation, or embracing with the wisdom mudra, possessing the yoga of one's own higher deity, that bliss arising from the example is said to be perfect enjoyment, union, great bliss, selflessness, compassion, uninterruptedness, and non-cessation, which is to be cultivated with seven branches and perfected beyond the world, this is the instruction. However, entering into samadhi with the wisdom mudra, etc., also from the ultimate practice to the samadhi of the action mudra, is the only excellent and ultimate means, so say the lamas. Thus it is also said: Grant the empowerment of the Vajra Heart, Hook the supreme essence of the bindu. (Thus it is said.) This is mentioned incidentally. What is appropriate to the occasion should be said, the fourth of the two lines of what is called secret, etc., the phrase all Buddhas refers to the aggregates. Aggregate means becoming one taste. In order to show that all of this can only be realized through the kindness of the guru, it is said again: what is called self-blessing, etc. Explanation of the third chapter.
