Who hides and why hide? What is called "this" and what is called "that"? Even if far away, they become connected. Thus it is said. The very profound is said to be equal to the sky because it is limitless. Because it illuminates everything, it is said to be like the sun. Because it cools, it is said to be like the moon. Because it is the basis, gathers, burns, moves, and opens understanding, it is said to be like earth, water, fire, wind, and sky. Because it is deep and immeasurable, it is said to be like the ocean. Because it is extremely magnificent and cannot be moved by others, it is said to be like Mount Meru. Because this tantra is very rare, it is said to be like the Udumbara flower. Because everything arises from the unborn, it is said to be like minute particles, and so on. The very profoundness of each should be known from the guru's mouth, because it is taught in an inconceivable way, it is very profound. As it says in the scriptures: Just as a doctor gives different medicines to different patients, similarly, for various purposes, it is said to be very profound. Thus it is said. The tantras are not all spoken, which means: Tantra is the root tantra, the explanatory tantra, and the instruction tantra. "-s" is a plural suffix, such as glorious Guhyasamaja and glorious Hevajra, and so on. The word "all" refers to all the tantras mentioned above. "Not spoken" means that other profound meanings are not spoken. Furthermore, the cause tantra and the means tantra are the collection of letters that can express that meaning, it is the fruit tantra. Furthermore, there are the means tantra, the wisdom tantra, and the non-dual tantra. That is, the tantra to be spoken and the tantra that speaks. The tantra to be spoken is the channels and chakras that are naturally present in all sentient beings. The tantra that speaks is the collection of letters that can express the channels and chakras. The cause tantra is the tantra to be spoken and the tantra that speaks. Similarly, other tantras to be spoken and tantras that speak should be known from the guru's mouth. "-s" refers to Sutra Pitaka, Vinaya Pitaka, and Abhidhamma Pitaka, which were spoken by the Teacher himself. "All" refers to all three pitakas.

Nadu o! What was not spoken is that the channels and chakras, etc., were not spoken in the three pitakas. Furthermore, in other scriptures it is said: Just as butter and rock candy, and the essence of butter, etc., if consumed and digested, become medicine, but if not digested, they become poison. Similarly, the teachings I have spoken, if endowed with good fortune, become the path, but if without good fortune, they are frightened and falsely accuse. Therefore, they were not universally spoken. In your presence, I act, and I speak. This means: You are the questioner, Vajravarahi is yours. O! Acting in your presence means greatly valuing the questioner and acting out the meaning of the tantra. "I speak" means promising to explain the meaning of the tantra to all the assembled retinue, including the questioner. Furthermore, acting in the presence of the questioner is indeed for the sake of future beings who are tightly bound by the threads of desire, to act and speak in order to liberate them from suffering, the teacher is like what is done by the Prajnaparamita. Future beings are like lost deer obscured by the haze of ignorance. Furthermore, it is said in the scriptures: In order to cut the strong threads of existence, I rely on wisdom to proclaim the sword. Sentient beings are confused, like deer trapped in a net, those endowed with wisdom are like birds in the sky. Thus it is said. From the Secret Vajra Tantra King Commentary, the Guide to the True Path, the first chapter, the Chapter on Initiation. Chapter One: Explanation of the Initiation.
