Previously, when the lotus opens, dwelling in a spherical form, contemplate it as the Sambhogakaya. Then, radiating in ten directions, contemplate it as the Nirmanakaya. Then, the Nirmanakaya is also gathered into the Sambhogakaya, and that itself is gathered into the Dharmakaya, meditating on the clear light of self-awareness. Then, with the tongue, take the Bodhicitta bindu from the lotus and dissolve it into the taste wheel. Bless the tongue, the Bodhicitta, and all the tastes. By doing so, one will surely possess the secret samaya. Now, in order to activate both skillful means and wisdom, and to commonly practice the union of skillful means, and to show the difference and nature of bliss. Therefore, the goddess's prayer and so on are spoken, as well as the answer to it, what the Bhagavan said, and so on. The yogini also, in order to ignite the fire of tummo, should activate it with wind. Yoga
