Chapter One: Explanation of Entering the Mandala. Chapter One: Explanation of Entering the Mandala. In Sanskrit: Samantagunasalinīnāmaṭīkā. In Tibetan: The Explanation Called "The Abode of All Virtues." Homage to glorious Śrī Heruka! Possessing the three wheels and so forth, I highly praise the Lord Heruka, By the kindness of the Guru's feet, I shall explain its excellent commentary. There is also no pride of knowledge, Not done for the sake of some meaning, In accordance with various desires, It is for the sake of self-remembrance. That which generates supreme joy, The secret nature of the sacred, That which arises from the condensed seat, There is no doubt about it here. Among these, first, if one sees what is to be said and what says it, as well as the need and the need of the need, then one who has discrimination will also enter following the Dharma. Therefore, by showing what is to be said and what says it, and the connection, the need and the need of the need, the follower of faith and the person who enters with discrimination, as a branch of entry, that itself is spoken of here. From "After that" onwards, the words of the scripture up to the fifty-first chapter of the glorious Śrī Cakrasamvara Tantra are what say it. By what is said, the very nature of the glorious Heruka and Vajravārāhī and so forth is what is to be said. This is the connection: what is to be said and what says it, what is to be accomplished and what accomplishes it, the means and what arises from the means, and the words and the words are the characteristics of the nature of meaning and what is produced and what produces and cause and effect and so forth. The actual generation of the great bliss wisdom of the thirty-seven deities such as glorious Heruka and Vajravārāhī, and the destruction of the faults of afflictions such as desire, is the need. Moreover, the faults of afflictions such as desire, being clear by obtaining the samādhi of great bliss, without difficulty, the wisdom of perfect enlightenment is generated by the practitioner, and doing the benefit of sentient beings is the need of the need. In order to cause the assembly of the Bhagavan's tantra to enter beings, hence, between entering the mandala and so forth and the secret empowerment.
