It is like this. In the mandala of water, there are eleven hundred thousand kotis and twenty thousand. Among them, eight hundred thousand kotis are purely water, and the rest is gold. Directly opposite the two, there are twelve hundred thousand kotis, three thousand, and five hundred and a half. The circumference is threefold. It is like this: Above that fire, visualize the mandala of water arising from the letter བཾ་ (Tibetan, vam, Devanagari, vaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, water), like the color of pure snow, marked with a white vase, round and with a chain of light. Above it, from the complete melting of the letter ལཾ་ (Tibetan, lam, Devanagari, laṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, earth), the square mandala of the golden ground is the mandala of earth, transforming into a golden ground. From that, the letter ཁཾ་ (Tibetan, kham, Devanagari, khaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, space) forms various three-pointed vajras. In the center of those various vajras, visualize Mount Meru with four corners arising from the letter སུཾ་ (Tibetan, sum, Devanagari, suṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, collection), eighty thousand yojanas submerged in the ocean, and eighty thousand yojanas rising above, a square formed from four kinds of precious jewels, like an umbrella with its opening facing upwards. Its width is eighty yojanas. To its east, from the complete melting of the letter ཨ་ (Tibetan, a, Devanagari, a, Romanized Sanskrit, without), is the eastern Videha, with a width of eight thousand kotis, connected to nine thousand kotis of water, its shape like a half-moon. To the north, from the complete melting of the letter ཨེ་ (Tibetan, e, Devanagari, e, Romanized Sanskrit, come), is the northern Uttarakuru, its shape square, with a width of ten thousand yojanas. To the west, from the complete melting of the letter ཨུ་ (Tibetan, u, Devanagari, u, Romanized Sanskrit, go), is the western Aparagodaniya, like a full moon, with a width of nine thousand yojanas. To the south, from the complete melting of the letter ཨེ་ (Tibetan, e, Devanagari, e, Romanized Sanskrit, come), is Jambudvipa, triangular, with a width of seven thousand yojanas, etc., its root facing south and its opening facing north. In the intermediate directions of these east, south, west, and north, there are two each: ཨཱ་ (Tibetan, ā, Devanagari, ā, Romanized Sanskrit, a), ཨཱི་ (Tibetan, ī, Devanagari, ī, Romanized Sanskrit, i), ཨཱུ་ (Tibetan, ū, Devanagari, ū, Romanized Sanskrit, u), ཨེ་ (Tibetan, ai, Devanagari, ai, Romanized Sanskrit, ai), རྀ་ (Tibetan, ṛ, Devanagari, ṛ, Romanized Sanskrit, r), རཱྀ་ (Tibetan, ṝ, Devanagari, ṝ, Romanized Sanskrit, rr), ལྀ་ (Tibetan, ḷ, Devanagari, ḷ, Romanized Sanskrit, l), ལཱྀ་ (Tibetan, ḹ, Devanagari, ḹ, Romanized Sanskrit, li). Those letters have bodies. And "Videha," and "Unpleasant Sound," and "Moon of Unpleasant Sound," and "Other Coolness," and "Moving," and "Supreme Path Goer," are the eight nearby subcontinents. Each subcontinent is surrounded by five hundred and five hundred islands. Above that, from the complete melting of the letters རེ་ཕ་ (Tibetan, re pha, Devanagari, re pha, Romanized Sanskrit, re pha), is the mandala of the sun. Above that, from the complete melting of the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, hūṃ, Devanagari, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, hum) itself, is the vajra. In its center

Visualize the vajra stake and enclosure with the syllable Hūṃ. Meditate on the wheel of command together with the vajra Hūṃ mudrā. The vajra Hūṃ mudrā completely dissolves, from which arises the Dharmadhātu, the essence of Samantabhadra's indivisible three, a white triangle facing upwards, infinite, with the nature of inner space. On that, on a red lotus, resides a wheel and the syllable Bhūṃ, which completely dissolves. From that appears Vairocana, yellow, with one face and four arms, possessing a crown of matted hair and silk ribbons. In the right hands, he holds a wheel and a hand drum. In the left hands, he holds a bell and a skull cup with a khaṭvāṅga. He sits with his right leg extended, embracing the blue Yamāmi. Yamāmi also has one face and four arms, holding a hand drum and a curved knife in her right hands, and a bell and a skull cup with a khaṭvāṅga in her left hands. Her hair is red and she wears garments of the directions. She is adorned with the five seals. One should contemplate the palace arising from Vairocana together with such a consort, a multi-tiered palace with a vajra peak, situated on top of the great Mount Meru. It is made of the nature of the five precious jewels, possessing excellent qualities such as being a good square, possessing vajra pillars and door ornaments, having nets and half-nets, hanging silks and flower garlands, and being properly adorned with vajra threads. It is extremely pure, homogeneous with the Dharmadhātu. In its center is Āli Kāli Lio. Above that, the syllables Hūṃ and Aṃ are the vajra curved knife. In the center of those are also seed syllables. Those completely dissolve, from which arises Vajrasattva, with three faces and six arms, stainless like the autumn sky, possessing light equal to billions of moon-holders. The right and non-right faces are blue and red respectively. He embraces with a vajra and a bell, and in the right hands, he holds a hand drum and the head of Brahma. In the non-right hands, he holds a skull cup and a khaṭvāṅga. He is adorned with Akṣobhya on his head. In the center of the gaze of the mantra practitioner, one should contemplate wind and fire. In its center is Āli Kāli. In its center is the image of emptiness, perfectly united with great bliss, and with the sacred sound of non-duality, properly inspiring all sentient beings and abiding.
