Adorned all over with radiant ornaments, with hook, rope, chain, and hammer in the main hands, in due order. On the right, a vajra is raised. On the left, holding a skull cup and heads, transforming into various forms, with a bulging belly, all adorned with garlands of heads. A thick lotus, naked, with increasing desire, the bliss of one's own light is the means, making all those in the mandala completely filled with supreme joy. Endowed with body, speech, and mind, and adorned with the vestments that are non-dual with the face of wisdom, empower, truly offer, then praise, and then unfold the mantra and recite it. Om Vajra Vairochani Ye Hum Hum Phat Svaha.
