O! The scriptures such as "By the supreme among those who exhale," etc., are associated with the Blessed One, the teacher, who is the collector; and those such as "All are delighted," etc., are associated with accomplishing things such as making those who are to be tamed happy with this and that. The Blessed One himself declared, that is, the special speech such as "What is the great king of the tantra," etc., to this special one, add the words "Fifty-one, that is, the fifty-first chapter is complete." Thus, how does the glorious Heruka become manifest? The word "དེ་ལའི་" used there, that special word, is to show the special word with the first boundary. The "great," etc., are declared, because the great tantra increases with this Buddha Dharma, so it is also called tantra. What is the great bliss of true meaning without leakage, that is the king, therefore it is the great king of the tantra. Having the nature of a hundred thousand scriptures, like the sky, without beginning or middle, what is taken out from it, therefore it has the meaning of taking out here. And the word "དང་" is to summarize the meaning of other tantras, it has been said to be superior to the guru. The king is the king, all the treatises are the head of all the tantras, and because it is very clear. Therefore, the Blessed One is also the one who holds the moon. This also shows one part to be spoken by the moon. The great glorious Heruka together with Vajravarahi is the great one, the yogini dakini and other thirty-six deities. The hero is the twenty-four deities such as skull fragments. The mantra accomplished by recitation. The all-knowing one is the wisdom of the nature of the yogini etc., and the knowledge of direct perception etc. The one who cannot be defeated by others is the one who performs happiness with the repellent. The one who became the first is the one who first achieved the accomplishment. Glorious Heruka, great hero, accomplished by recitation, all-knowing, invincible by others, accomplished from the beginning. Because it can be spoken, the tantra is also spoken in this way. And the word "དང་" is to declare the purity of the earth etc. Deliverance.

This liberates from the ocean of existence, bestowing the condition of A-tsa to Pa-tsa and others. Tantra is the Sutra. Auspiciousness is the accumulation of merit and wisdom. Wheel is the Dharma wheel. The wheel endowed with auspiciousness is the auspicious wheel. Because it truly holds the minds of sentient beings abiding in the body, it is called the auspicious wheel holder. The glorious Heruka, because it is what is expressed, the tantra is also expressed in the same way. Because it is extremely clear and great, it is called the King of Yogini Tantras. The Great King of Yogini Tantras is a word without sound, because the instructions of the Yogini are very numerous. That which is extracted from the million verses of the Great King of the Glorious Heruka Abhisamaya Tantra is the Guru of Gurus, the King of all treatises. The so-called reading of the Great Glorious Heruka accomplishes everything, and no one can overcome it, is the supreme tantra, the fifty-first chapter of the Yogini Tantra King named the Glorious Wheel Holder, that is, the fifty-first chapter is complete. The meaning of perfectly complete is complete. From the Great King of Tantras to the Great King of Yogini Tantras, it is a summary of words ending in "Su" and words ending in "Ti". The word complete is also added to the fiftieth chapter, the Glorious Heruka Abhisamaya. The Guru's explanation of the text: How I write as I remember, is the word that shows the meaning, the transformed word is mine. Here are the words of taking and abandoning, which have also been determined by measure. Without the Guru's instructions, there is no doubt that it will not be accomplished. Like a garland, the Guru's teachings, various and delightful, connected to the tantra on the crown of the head, should be taken to eliminate confusion. One's own mind, pure, named moving being, should be meditated upon by holding it with one's own mind. Here there is no essence superior to one's own mind, one should quickly meditate on the mandala without attachment. Meditating on the glorious state is the state of the deity, because the state abides without defilement.

Going forth. Other than the world, there is no realization of the pacifier. In this pure world, there is no distinction. To the glorious Chakrasamvara, born from the lotus, the secret instruction is the place of Magaranara. Among them, the supreme beggar bestows nectar, the self-born, stainless merit is the lord of mind. By connecting with the poetry of others, my mind is also pleased to accomplish that meaning. Whoever is able to practice union, sings and dances in the words of the season. Those who cannot practice union, why do people not do it with joy? The meaning of the words is as clear as a mirror. The glorious Chakrasamvara has been accomplished on this earth. May those who do this well obtain it. May beings obtain that virtue. Thus, the difficult commentary on the glorious Chakrasamvara, written by the feet of the great scholar Bhava Bhadra, is completed. The measure of this treatise is three thousand five hundred verses. From the city of the goddess in eastern India, the great scholar Panchen Incomparable Vajra, and from the monastery of Yarmotang, the Khampa monk Bari Rinchen Drak, translated and revised and finalized it. For the benefit of new language learners, it is translated as in the Indian original. Those wise ones who act for the sake of meaning, please do not judge or modify this. Although I have some understanding, I have not made a meaning translation, but have translated according to the words. For the sake of the meaning of the next world, because it is a commentary on the tantra, I am afraid. In the city of Mamburu in Nepal, in the temple of Panduvaro, Ney and Vari were the patrons, and the two translators translated the tantra commentary.
