Explanation of the benefits of the second turning of the wheel, counted by fifty-two categories of words. Explanation of the benefits of the second turning of the wheel, counted by fifty-two categories of words. Thereafter, intending to explain the second turning of the wheel, the chapter on mirror-like wisdom, it was said, "Vajrapani Vajradhara." The meaning of the words is easy to understand. The necessity of the true declaration of the name that perfects was shown in that way in the chapter on the benefits of the first turning of the wheel. Now, in order to show the difference in this second chapter, it was said, "Furthermore, this true declaration of the name." That is to say, even though this treatise called "True Declaration of the Name" is taken as one, it shows that the meanings are different from the division of chapters. What does this show? It was said, "The all-knowing wisdom of all the Tathagatas, which is extremely pure and completely purified." Since it is both Tathagata and all, it is all the Tathagatas. It refers to all the Tathagatas who have gone in the three times. That which is extremely pure is well purified, appearance is purified. It is the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu in which all defilements and obscurations are completely purified. It has also been said before that it is completely perfect and pure. Purified means that one is extremely diligent in the accumulation of merit and wisdom, and like refined gold, there is not even the slightest fault. Because it is so pure and purified, knowing how many and how, it is called all-knowing wisdom. Then, the wisdom of all the Tathagatas is of one taste, and one's own benefit is always placed in equality. Now, in order to show the order of appearance of the pure worldly wisdom separately for the benefit of all sentient beings, it was said, "Body, speech, mind, and secret will be transformed." Just as various images appear separately in an extremely pure and purified mirror, the body, speech, mind, secret, and completely transformed ones are the mirror-like wisdom for taming those to be tamed by the great compassionate aspiration. Therefore, the mirror-like wisdom is the mandala of Akshobhya, and Akshobhya also transforms into five forms in order to tame the violent beings to be tamed.

It should be understood. The main meaning of those is to show immovability, therefore, it is said, "The Bodhi of the Buddhas of all Tathagatas," and so on. Tathagatas refer to the four, such as Vairochana. The term "all" means that all the Tathagatas, without exception, are gathered into the five families, which is the (Buddha's) intention. The term "Buddha" means that the wisdom is vast and expansive. Whose name is that? The term "Bodhi" means that the Bodhi of all those is the immutable lineage of the mind. Because it is sealed with immovability, the sound of "all" should also be understood as what will be shown below. The term "realization of the perfectly complete Buddhas" means that the perfect and complete fulfillment of the benefit of oneself and others without inversion is the perfectly complete Buddha. The nature of those to be manifested is immovability, so it is realization. Of all Tathagatas,

Thus, and so on, it was proclaimed. The power of the demon of the aggregates is that wind and bile, etc., destroy youth, etc. The power of the demon of death is that it quickly leads to the bardo and destroys the life of the living. To gather the powers other than these, it is said, "all." To defeat is to destroy and demolish in that way. Therefore, it is said: "Destroy all the armies of demons." Now, to show the power of one's own wisdom, it is said: "The one who possesses the ten powers is the very essence of all powers." The ten powers are: the power of knowing what is possible and impossible; the power of knowing the maturation of karma; the power of knowing the various realms; the power of knowing the various aspirations; the power of knowing the defilements and purifications of meditative absorption, concentration, equanimity, and the various concentrations and liberations; the power of knowing the path that leads to all destinations; the power of knowing the recollection of past lives; the power of knowing death and rebirth; and the power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements. It is called "knowing" in order to contemplate the distinctive power and qualities of the Bhagavan, and because it is seen as a manifestation of phenomena from the state of beginningless equality. Moreover, the basis of the power of knowing is the eyes, and the sign of power is the six hands. That is, the power of wisdom and the power of skillful means. Adding two to the original number makes twelve. That is: "Six eyes, six hands, endowed with power." Whoever possesses the ten powers is called that. The power of those who are counted among the ten powers arises from the power of skillful means and wisdom, so it is the power of the ten powers. Moreover, to show the distinction of the power of wisdom, it is said: "The omniscient wisdom is the very essence of all omniscient ones." The word "all" means without exception. "Knowing" means knowing everything as it is, with the unequaled eye of wisdom. "Of" means the wisdom of those who possess all-knowing wisdom, that is, this eye of wisdom. "Essence" means only.
