Eleventh, Explanation of the Wisdom of Accomplishing Activities. Eleventh, Explanation of the Wisdom of Accomplishing Activities. Having thus explained the Wisdom of Equality, now, in order to show the Wisdom of Accomplishing Activities. "To be realized by all Buddhas." Thus it is said. Since it is both Buddha and all, all Buddhas are the Buddhas of the three times. What is to be realized is Vajradhara. He is the accomplishment of activities. Now, in order to show the generation of all the meanings of secret mantras. "Buddhas, Bodhi, unsurpassed." It is said like this and so on. What is called Buddha is the Buddha of the three times. His Bodhi is for the sake of attainment, that is, the great Vajradhara. Therefore, it is supreme. By what is it accomplished? "Born from secret mantras, without letters." Thus it is said. The absence of letters will be explained below. "Great secret mantra, three families." What is called the great secret mantra is Vajradhara. What is divided from him are the three families, namely body, speech, and mind. Or it is called knowledge mantra, secret mantra, and dharani mantra. "Generator of all meanings of secret mantras." What is called all the meanings of secret mantras are the two kinds of accomplishments. Generating is accomplishing, its meaning is accomplishment. Now, in order to show the special means of obtaining. "Great bindu, without letters." It is said like this and so on. The previously mentioned absence of letters is now clearly shown, the great bindu is the great mudra. In it, abandoning all dualistic perceptions, it is without letters. If a name or designation is given to it, it is called emptiness. That itself, with the appearance of the three bodies and five wisdoms, accomplishes the benefit of sentient beings, therefore it is called the great five letters. Or again, touch is solidity, movement is wind, warmth is fire, the mind of Bodhi is water, the body composed of the four elements, namely the aggregates, realms, and sources, are formed. In it, abiding by the distinction of channels, winds, and bindus, is the meaning of speaking and explaining. "Empty bindu, eighty letters." What is called the aggregates, realms, lineages, and five wisdoms, from each distinction are again divided into five, therefore it becomes eighty lineages, that is how it is. Possessing all aspects, without aspects.
