Ninth, explaining the wisdom of individual thorough discernment. Ninth, explaining the wisdom of individual thorough discernment. Now, the wisdom of individual thorough discernment will be explained. As it is said, "The true selflessness is suchness." True means not mistaken. It is not deceptive. It is what the mind desires to encounter. Encounter means that if it exists, it encounters; if it does not exist, it is not so. This is a synonym for "non-dual Bodhicitta." It is what has encountered the mind. Not encountering it is not like the horn of a mountain goat. Selflessness is the absence of self in phenomena and persons. Its characteristics are suchness, the true limit, the inconceivable realm, the nature of phenomena, and so on, which are different names. The term "without letters" is not the domain of the Nirgrantha sect, but the domain of reverence for the lotus feet of the noble Lama. Therefore, the appearance of the mind is shown by being free from addition and subtraction. Now, in order to separately show the appearance of speech, as it is said, "The supreme bull who speaks of emptiness." Just as the bull among the cows is the most supreme, so is this the most supreme speaker of emptiness, the true limit, and so on, because it cannot be overwhelmed by others. The term "deep and vast proclaiming sound" means that deep is what has just been said, and the sound that proclaims it is also called that. Vast means through many means and the gate of great means. Now is the mantra of expression. The three, such as "the Dharma conch," are symbols of indication, therefore they are mantras of symbols. Through these three things, the true limit is shown. The term "non-abiding Nirvana" means not abiding in samsara and Nirvana, which is the meaning of the wisdom body. Therefore, one should be encouraged on such a path. Now, in order to excellently show the appearance of the body, as it is said, "Formless, beautiful form, supreme one." The term formless means that there is no form that exists through analysis of objects, and no form that exists through touch, and so on.

The term "beautiful form" means that it can appear like a reflection born in water. The term "holy" means that it arises from the two accumulations. "Various forms born from mind" means that it is clear in one direction. It possesses forms of various colors, various shapes, and various tactile sensations. Born from mind, it is for the purpose of taming the minds of beings. That which makes the mind happy, that which satisfies the mind, and that which captivates the mind, that is what it is called. "All forms are the splendor of appearance" means that the characteristics of the body appear in all ways, that is, the body that tames whatever with whatever means. Splendor means that it brings about the benefit of oneself and others. "The one who holds all reflections" means that form is that which can appear. Reflection is not a real thing, but like a reflection in water. All means large, small, many, few, and so on, and holding means holding such a form. Alternatively, there are three kinds of form: like a rainbow, like a lotus, and arising from maturation. "Without substance and known to be great" means that the mind like a rainbow cannot be established due to the harm of the four elements, so it is said that way.

Oṃ is joy, supreme joy, and separation from joy. A youthful body is co-emergent, therefore, it increases the three joys, so it is said. The abiding elder is one who is spontaneously accomplished from the beginning, so he is an elder. Lord of beings is one who does the work of all that is born, that is, encompassing purity and impurity. One who possesses the thirty-two marks is one who possesses marks and signs. The beautiful one is beautiful in the three worlds, which means a body that is never tired of being seen. Or, like the profound one, the thirty-two are the root. Mark means that it is pervaded by the mind of enlightenment. Holding means having bliss. The beautiful one means the messenger who possesses all the characteristics that are never tired of being seen. The three worlds are the three joys that arise from that which is inseparable. Beautiful means that among them, the co-emergent is the best. Now, in order to show the characteristics of the Vajra Master, the world knows the good teacher, and so on. World means that those who see from this shore, the Buddha Amitabha previously mentioned, adorned with body marks and signs, like those who have no chance to see, for the second Vajradhara, the one who dwells in this world knows, that is, the teacher of the non-inverted path, and the good, in order to combine with the three enlightenments as a teacher, so he is a teacher, possessing such ten realities, and seven ways, and so on. Such a one, even though he lives in the world, has no fear, because he is liberated from the causes and effects of the four rivers and the three lower realms, so he is worthy of being a teacher, therefore, he is called the world teacher without fear. Protector, savior, world, mindful one, means that the lama is the protector of the disciples, the savior, that is, saving from samsara. World means the disciples of the world. Mindful one means that the minds of the disciples should be loving and harmonious. Refuge and protection are unparalleled, which means becoming the refuge and companion of sentient beings, is the nature of the Three Jewels. To one who possesses such characteristics
