First, it is said to pray with sixteen verses. First, it is said to pray with sixteen verses. In Indian language: Amrita Kanika Nama Arya Nama Sangiti Dhyani. In Tibetan language: A Drop of Nectar, an Explanation of the Sutra of the Noble Names of Manjushri. Homage to the Bhagavan Manjushri, who has become a youth! The realm and the realm-holder, the union of all space, the very cause of entering. The sun and moon reverse the path of darkness, the work of the spokes of the arrow revolves. The light of wisdom shines exceedingly brightly, the nature of hearing is like a jewel. Dwelling on the mountain, free from the faults of the profound, I prostrate to the lord of the supreme land! The True Name of Manjushri is like a drop of nectar. By the kindness of the Guru's feet, whatever is realized is summarized. It is written for the sake of remembering oneself. Here, definitely in the glorious Drepung At the great stupa, those who wish to listen to the various tantras of the Buddha, the Bhagavan Shakya Simha, made requests, so in the middle of the spring month, in the mandala of the Dharma realm of speech, and above it, the first mandala of the constellations, the Buddha manifested in various forms. There, the Buddha empowered the gods and others with the sun itself, and showed all the methods of secret mantras with the distinction of expansion and contraction. Also, from the expansion of the glorious first Buddha, The Teacher on Vulture Peak, just as he taught the way of the Perfection of Wisdom. Likewise, in glorious Drepung (འབྲས་ཕུང་), he taught the Dharma and the way of secret mantras. Thus it is said. The True Name of Manjushri is supremely profound and difficult to fathom, and this, which is the chief of all the methods of secret mantras, with the essence of ultimate truth as its main point, is also there. Here also, the unchanging wisdom of the Bhagavan Vajradhara, which is the essence of all Bodhisattvas, is truly spoken by all the Tathagatas, and the one hundred and sixty-two verses, with the purity of eliminating the one hundred and sixty-two channels that reside in the six chakras with the root of the six lineages, and the remainder are benefits and so on. Of these, briefly, then the glorious Vajra.

Vajradhara. It is said that the ultimate unchanging is spoken of in the guise of supplication with sixteen verses. Then, here, the letter 'A' represents selflessness, which is emptiness endowed with all excellent aspects; the letter 'Tha' represents the immutable nature of impartial compassion. These are also explained in the commentary on Hevajra, 'The Union of Utmost Faith'. Because they are non-dual, the semen residing at the tip of the jewel, the co-emergent bliss, is the object expressed by the sound of E-VAM, and is called Atha. That is: "The letter E in the center, the letter VAM above it, is the basis of bliss for all Buddhas. This space Vajrasattva, from the union of body, speech, and mind, the drop, the moon, the semen, the body, fire and dust and sun, speech, darkness is said to be the aspect of mind, abides in the realm of space." Thus it is said. Therefore, because emptiness and compassion are inseparable, the great bliss wisdom vajra is held to be the self-nature of this, it is Vajradhara. Vajra is non-dual wisdom, because it cannot be divided by the aggregates, afflictions, lord of death, and obstructing demons aroused by untrue pervasive thoughts. Therefore, it is said that the demon is one's own mind, there is no other demon. Or, because it is held to mean that the five-pronged vajra that symbolizes it externally has been subdued, it is Vajradhara, meaning 'I'. Glorious is non-dual wisdom, and by the very manner of experiencing it, the glorious one who is always endowed with its self-nature is the meaning of 'heard'. Thus it is said: "E-VAM vajra lotus, the vajra residing within the jewel, the place holding the bindu is inseparable, self-nature I have thus declared, bliss is known as attained, my self-nature by self-nature." In the Shri Paramadhibuddha-nama-samgraha it is also said: "In all the tantras, this word 'Thus have I heard', only 'I' is the Vajra holder. Whoever melts the moon, the lotus at the crown of the head, throat, heart, navel, and secret place, the bha of the Vajra woman."
