All were fully awakened and spoke these words: "Excellent! Excellent! Ocean of Wisdom, your words have completely awakened our minds. Therefore, I take refuge in the Three Jewels, and in order for all sentient beings to attain perfect and complete enlightenment in this very life, I beseech the empowerment of the path to accomplish worldly and transcendental siddhis from the King of Tantras, the Kalachakra. Having spoken these words, those sages summoned the king of the Brahma lineage, Sun Chariot, and said: "Hey, Sun Chariot, you are the sole holder of the scriptures of treatises such as the Vedas, possessing the wisdom to grasp all the treatises of the world and beyond. Therefore, please use our words of supplication to beseech King Name. We also take refuge with the mandala as our guide, and everyone, let us all supplicate together." Then, through the words of the Brahma sages, Sun Chariot made a mandala with precious golden-natured flowers, scattered a bouquet of precious flowers at the feet of the Lord of Men, Name, knelt on both knees, placed both hands together on his head, and together with the Brahma sages, prostrated at the feet of Name. Kneeling on his right knee, placing his palms together on his forehead, he supplicated the Lord of Men, Name, saying: "Bhagavan, please reveal the King of Tantras, the Primordial Buddha, who prophesies that even those who commit the five heinous crimes will attain Buddhahood in this very life, and who prophesies the attainment of the Great Seal, perfectly united with the unchanging bliss of the supreme Vajradhara. Please reveal the twelve thousand verses of the Primordial Buddha that the Tathagata revealed to King Good Moon, and this condensed King of Tantras of the Primordial Buddha, condensed with few texts, please correctly compile and reveal it to the Brahma sages." After that, Sun Chariot heard the supplication, by the power of the devout minds of the Brahma sages.

Therefore, the collection by the power of the blessings of the Thus-Gone One, by the very one who is good at collecting, and the verses holding the rosary, the all-knowing teacher, and those who are good at collecting, teach the king of tantras. Those who speak well, in order to abandon attachment to good sounds, rely on the meaning itself, and in some verses there are errors in pronunciation, in some verses there are errors in breaks, in some there are words without cases, in some there are vowels and consonants omitted, in some verses long sounds become short and short sounds become long, in some the fifth case becomes the seventh, the fourth becomes the sixth, in some the words of others become one's own words, and one's own words become the words of others, and in some a single word becomes many words, and many words become a single word, and in some masculine genders become neuter and neuter genders become masculine, and in some palatals become dentals and cerebrals, and in some cerebrals become dentals and palatals, and in some dentals become palatals and cerebrals. Such things and others should be followed according to the instructions of the tantra teacher. Similarly, in the root tantra, the Bhagavan said: "Moon Good Buddha and all, Disciples of all the gurus, Wife, daughter, beloved son, and pleasing, Always offer desired objects. Fragrance arises from the earth, Form in water and taste in fire, Wind touch is unchanging and has sound, Space is vast and is the realm of Dharma. Fragrance, incense, and lamps, Food, drink, and clothes, Always make offerings with mudras, The holy son offers to the guru." Such errors in pronunciation and others, the yogi should understand from reading the scriptures. Similarly, in the commentary, in order to eliminate pride in good sounds, I will write relying on the meaning itself, and in whatever way lineage, intelligence, and pride in good sounds can be exhausted, in that way rely on the meaning itself.
