自明。 智慧明亮故，我被揭示了这智慧明点的意义。 安乐的自明，远离分别。 自在的智慧，光明的心。 见之，则无疑惑的动摇。 智慧的自性，无有遮蔽。 因见一切皆是明亮的智慧， 故精要之义无有沾染。 这纯净觉性的法轮， 是无勤自生之智慧。 自生智慧，一切之主。 离身无肢。 具有远离增益损减之本体。 一切皆离，一切之主。 未作的觉性，禅定明亮。 无作而一切义皆圆满。 自生本初，一切之基。 无行瑜伽，任运成就之道。 如是圆满，即是果。 明点无别，一体之性中。 心性无作，圆满之宝藏。 安乐智慧，无分别意。 具缘者，最初即圆满。 六道轮回之分别， 与胜者智慧之寂灭。 大乐觉性，一体之性中。 自生如是，未曾造作。 任运圆满，无有戏论之性中。 不可思议之此智慧， 远离分别之动摇。 三时不住，相续不断。 此心性成就之殊胜道， 无别而具足于一切， 然无显现之道而漂泊于轮回。 为痛苦勤作之病所折磨。 是故此精要明灯， 为后世瑜伽士之故， 依仗上师圣者之加持， 与具信之威力，我证悟之。 以慈悲普发心，回向于一切。 精要即是真实性之修法。 安住于真实之地上。 导师那若巴所造，圆满。 印度班智达 班杂 ഗുണ 跋陀罗（梵文天城体：वज्रगुणभद्र，梵文罗马拟音：Vajraguṇabhadra，金刚功德贤）与译师仁钦坚赞所译。 珍宝之光。 那若巴造。

Self-Awareness is Clear. This meaning of the wisdom bindu, Was shown to me by clear wisdom. Blissful self-awareness, free from concepts. Self-abiding wisdom, luminous mind. Seeing it, there is no wavering of doubt. The nature of wisdom, without obscurations. Seeing all as clear wisdom, Therefore, the essence meaning is without contamination. This wheel of pure awareness, Is effortless, self-arising wisdom. Self-arising wisdom, the lord of all. Separate from the body, without limbs. Having the essence of being free from exaggeration and denigration. The essence is free from all, the lord of all. Unfabricated awareness, clear samadhi. Without action, all purposes are fulfilled. Self-arising primordial, the basis of all. Unmoving yoga, the path of spontaneous accomplishment. As it is, completely perfect, it is the fruit itself. In the state of the indivisible bindu, The nature of mind is actionless, a treasure of completion. Blissful wisdom, non-conceptual mind. Fortunate ones are complete from the very beginning. The concepts of the six realms of samsara, And the wisdom of the victorious ones, nirvana. Great bliss awareness, in the state of oneness. Self-arising, as it is, unmade. Spontaneously perfect, in the state of non-elaboration. This inconceivable wisdom, Is free from the wavering of conceptualization. Not abiding in the three times, the continuum is unbroken. This supreme path of accomplishing the nature of mind, Indivisibly present in all, Yet without a path of appearance, wandering in samsara. Tormented by the suffering of effortful illness. Therefore, this essential lamp, For the sake of future yogis, Relying on the blessings of the holy guru, And with the power of faith, I realized it. With compassion, I generate the intention for all, and dedicate it to all. The essence is the practice of suchness itself. Abiding on the ground of truth. Completed, composed by the teacher Naropa.
