དེ་ལ་སྨོན་ལམ་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ། །རིགས་ལྡན་སྐྱེ་ཞིང་བློ་གྲོས་རྗེས་སུ་ལྡན། །དམ་ཚིག་ལྡན་ཞིང་ཀྱེ་ཡི་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྟོན། །སྙིང་རྗེ་ལྡན་ཞིང་བླ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་གུས། །སྐྱེ་བ་ཀུན་དུ་འདི་ལྟར་སྐྱེ་གྱུར་ཅིག །རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་ལག་གིས་འཁྲོལ་བྱེད་ཅིང༌། །ཟབ་མོའི་དམ་ཆོས་རབ་ཏུ་ཀློག་པ་དང༌། །དམ་ཚིག་བཙུན་མོའི་ཁུ་བ་ཟ་བྱེད་པར། །སྐྱེ་བ་ཀུན་དུ་འདི་ལྟར་སྐྱེ་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་ནས་སྤྤུལ་པ་རང་ལ་བསྡུ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ སླར་གཤེགས་གསོལ། །སྤྱོད་ལམ་ལ་སོགས་སྔོན་བཞིན་དུའོ། །སློབ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་འཇམ་དཔལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཞབས་ཀྱིས་མཛད་པ། ཧེ་བཛྲའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་མཉེས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཆོ་ག་རྫོགས་སོ།། རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་མཉྫུ་ཤྲཱི་ཛྙཱ་ན་དང༌། རོང་ཟོམ་དྷརྨ་བྷ་དྲས་བསྒྱུར་ཅིང་ཞུས་ཏེ་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ་པའོ།། ཀྱེའི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས། འཇམ་དཔལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས་མཛད།

因此，这是祈愿：愿生于具种姓之家，且具足智慧；愿具足誓言，且宣说饮血金刚（ཀྱེའི་རྡོ་རྗེ།）；愿具足慈悲，且恭敬上师们。愿生生世世都如此降生！以手摇动金刚铃，精勤读诵甚深之妙法，享用誓言明妃之精液。愿生生世世都如此降生！之后，将化身收摄于自身。祈请智慧坛城返回。行为等如先前一样。大导师妙吉祥智足（འཇམ་དཔལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་）所造。喜金刚之修法，令黑汝迦欢喜之仪轨圆满。印度之堪布妙吉祥智（མཉྫུ་ཤྲཱི་ཛྙཱ་ན།，梵文天城体：मञ्जुश्रीज्ञान，梵文罗马拟音：mañjuśrījñāna，汉语字面意思：妙吉祥智）与绒宗法贤（རོང་ཟོམ་དྷརྨ་བྷ་དྲ།）翻译、校订并确定。饮血金刚之修法。妙吉祥智（འཇམ་དཔལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་）所造。

Therefore, this is the aspiration: May I be born into a family with good lineage and possess wisdom; May I possess vows and expound Hevajra; May I possess compassion and respect the lamas. May I be born in this way in all lifetimes! Wielding the vajra bell with my hand, diligently reading the profound Dharma, and consuming the semen of the samaya consort. May I be born in this way in all lifetimes! Then, gather the emanations back into oneself. Request the wisdom mandala to return. Conduct and so on, as before.
