《喜金刚修法之唯明》 那波巴造。 《喜金刚修法之唯明》 那波巴造。 念诵。 名为第一瑜伽之三摩地，第一自性身。 印度语：हेवज्रसाधनंत्तत्त्वओत्योततकरणनाम (hevajrasādhanam tattva otyota ta kara nāma)。 藏语：名为《喜金刚修法之唯明》。 顶礼文殊童子！ 嗡 顶礼喜金刚！ 以一与多分析之精要，幻化之事物。 末劫之云般的身体，殊胜智慧所拥抱。 金刚所生清净之真如所化，天女所围绕。 以慈悲现忿怒相之喜金刚，恒常顶礼。 何者金刚持。 果位具德饮血尊。 彼之能显之上师。 顶礼誓言金刚。 首先，略微观想为种种痛苦所恼之有情界，以充满殊胜慈悲之味的心，修习布施等十度，具有清净心续者，于吉祥喜金刚坛城获得灌顶及随许，精通誓言及行持之瑜伽士，于黎明起身，观想自身心间由日轮所生之第一字 吽（ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，罗马转写：hūṃ，字面意思：吽），安住于尸陀林等悦意之处，安坐于舒适之座，以具三摩地之手印，以由 吽（ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，罗马转写：hūṃ，字面意思：吽）字所生之光芒铁钩，迎请将要宣说之薄伽梵，具有颜色、手及兵器，观于虚空，以意生之花等供品供养，以由心间种子字所生之 गौরী（梵文天城体：गौरी，梵文罗马拟音：Gaurī，汉语字面意思：高里）等天女以五种欲妙供养。 其中，高里手持以鹿为标志之颅器， ཙཽ་རཱི་（梵文天城体：चौरि，梵文罗马拟音：Cauri，汉语字面意思：措热）之手忙于盛满自生花之容器， བེ་ཏཱ་ལི་（梵文天城体：वेतालि，梵文罗马拟音：Vetāli，汉语字面意思：韦达里）以水器

The first Samadhi called the First Yoga, the first Svabhavikakaya. In Sanskrit: HEVAJRASADHANAM TATTVATYOTATAKARANAMA. In Tibetan: Called "The Only Illuminating Method of Hevajra Sadhana." Homage to Manjushri Kumara! Om Homage to Hevajra! With the essence analyzed by one and many, the reality of illusory manifestation. Embraced by supreme wisdom, the body like the clouds of the age of destruction. Surrounded by goddesses manifested by the pure Suchness born of Vajra. With compassion, the wrathful form, Hevajra, always I pay homage. By whom the Vajradhara, The fruit, glorious Heruka's mind. The guru who illuminates that, Homage to the Samaya Vajra. First, for a while, contemplate the realm of sentient beings distressed by various kinds of suffering, and with a mind filled with the taste of supreme compassion, practice the ten perfections such as generosity. The yogi who has a pure mind stream, has received empowerment and അനുജ്ഞ (permission) in the mandala of glorious Hevajra, and is skilled in vows and conduct, should rise at dawn and contemplate the supreme first letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，罗马转写：hūṃ，字面意思：吽) in his heart on the sun mandala born from the re pha. Residing in some pleasant place such as a charnel ground, sitting on a comfortable seat, with the mudra of samadhi, with the iron hook of light rays born from the letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，罗马转写：hūṃ，字面意思：吽), beckon the Bhagavan who is about to be explained, having color, hands, and weapons, look towards the sky, and offer with mind-born flowers and other offerings. Then, offer the five desirable qualities to the goddesses such as Gaurī (गौरी，Gaurī，高里) born from the seed syllable in the heart. Among them, Gaurī holds a skull cup marked with a deer in her hand. Cauri's (चौरि，Cauri，措热) hand is busy with a vessel filled with self-arisen flowers. Vetali (वेतालि，Vetāli，韦达里) with a water vessel.
