The third excellent explanation of the sixth chapter, explaining the meditation on the channels. The third excellent explanation of the sixth chapter, explaining the meditation on the channels. Having explained the wheel of bindus in this way, now we will explain the wheel of the body. What is the mandala of the yogi's body, the offerings, the fire offerings, the recitations, the meditations, the teachers, and the places, etc.? This is what was asked. The answer was: 'From the form of the channels, true arises.' This is said, not examining the generation stage, but the wheel of other powers, abiding by the form of the channels. What does it do? Because it is the basis for the yogi and yogini to generate the samadhi of bliss, therefore the mandala of the body should be sought. 'The deities such as Heruka.' This refers to the body mandala of the sixty-two deities of non-conceptual bliss. 'As said, possessing four doors.' This refers to the four doors of the eyes, ears, mouth, and saliva mentioned earlier. 'Shown by eight pillars.' This refers to the two shoulders, two elbows, two knees, and two thighs. 'Because all things are equal.' This refers to the equal distance of one fathom from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, therefore it is known as a square. 'In the manner of body, speech, and mind.' This refers to the eight lalanas connected to the left side of the crown chakra, the body through which bodhicitta flows, the eight sanas connected to the right side, the speech through which blood flows, the eight avadhutis connected to the middle, the mind through which prana flows, and the eight vow wheels, totaling thirty-two. Thus, the crown chakra alone is called three wheels by the classification of channels. That is, 'There, abiding in the head, in the thirty-two petals, vowels and consonants are completely perfect, bodhicitta is thirty-two.' It will be explained in this way. Others say that the twenty-four places are the wheel of the body, the wheel of body, speech, and mind, although it has already been said in the chapter on the wheel of vehicles, it will also be explained here. 'Through the lineage of the gurus, it is clear in the perfect mandala.' This refers to the

At that time, it is called the perfect mandala. Corpses and so on reside in order. That is to say, the feet are the wind mandala, the navel is fire, the abdomen is water, the heart is earth, and the head is the sky mandala, which is the shape of Mount Meru. Thus, after briefly explaining the mandala of the body, it is explained in detail that the soles of the feet are the best shape of a bow, and the two feet are the bow, so it is the wind mandala. The triangular intersection is the fire mandala. The round navel is the water mandala. The square heart is the earth mandala. The spine is the shape of Mount Meru. In its center are thirty-two channels, which are the mandala of the body. On the left is the Lala Na (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) vowel, and on the right is the Lasana (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) consonant. Avadhuti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) the central channel and the four gates where the left and right channels mix, and the four boundaries where the left and right channels mix, the thirty-two channels reside here. The one called marrow in the center of the head is the moon mandala. In the center of that mind is the letter ཧཾ། That is to say, in the center of the channel, there is the wind called life (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), which appears in the body at the time of death, and does not arise before, so it is called the indestructible essence. The nature of the unclear and clear. That is to say, the mind of enlightenment is clear, but the essence of blood is unclear, or the mind of enlightenment abides in the form of matter, but it is the appearance of discernment, so it is the nature of clarity. That is both stable and moving. That is to say, stability is the body, and movement is the mind, abiding in the form of a seed of cause. The root of all beings. That is to say, the root of the body's abode is the essence of semen. Matter is born from this. That is to say, the essence of the two parents, at the age of seven days, first arises the ཧཱཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) at the crown of the head. So, what is the nature of abiding in this way? If it is the basis of equanimity of feeling, when will it become the mandala of the body that gives birth to happiness? Fire is the cause of pleasure. That is what opens the door. Thus, after saying that the heat of the fierce fire, the wind store of the sky, opens the door of the vase, it melts the mind of enlightenment at the crown of the head, breathing day and night.
