Because it is self-nature, there is no need to explain the signs. Having explained the path of formation and the path of liberation in this way, in order to explain the path of abiding in oneself, it is said, "Call upon Vajragarbha, please listen," this is the division of chapters. So how should it be practiced? That is, by holding the whole and then dismantling it. Among them, holding the whole means entering emptiness all at once through dreams and illusions, etc. Things are all, completely pure, thus it is said Suchness. It means that if the mind knows emptiness, then the Suchness of all dharmas, like a wheel of buckets, will be known all at once. Entering afterwards means: Afterwards, with each difference, praise the deities. It means that after knowing everything to be empty, seal it with great bliss from each place. This is also like, when the water becomes clear, the fish jump quickly. Likewise, from the nature of emptiness and clarity, a net of illusions will appear. Thus it is said, after knowing everything to be the appearance of clear light nature, even if the appearance is held as a mandala of deities, one should still practice without substance. Having completely purified the obscurations of ignorance, sentient beings' aggregates, realms, and sources, are pure by nature, and pure by self-awareness. It means that after realizing the clear light in a gradual and simultaneous way, because it appears as the nature of aggregates, realms, and sources, and the nature of awareness, it is pure because it is free from grasping and being grasped. If it is not like that, then it will not be purified and liberated. Thus it is said. Because all objects are completely pure, self-awareness is the supreme bliss. It means that all self-aware clear light appearances are completely sealed with all objects. Objects such as form or others, whatever appears to the yogi. It means that the environment appears as a vessel, and sentient beings appear as sentient beings. All vessels and sentient beings are accomplished as the nature of great bliss. If so, then what is the use of practicing? Because everything is completely pure, complete purity is Buddhahood. Thus it is said, if one knows the self-nature of spontaneous accomplishment, then completely knowing samsara is itself nirvana. Thus it is said, on the mind

O yogi! Do not show nirvana. (Thus it is said.) Thus having shown the means and its result, now the number of complete purification is asked. The teachings given are form and so on. Why is that? Because the reason was asked, and the teachings were given, because it is the nature of suddenness. How is it held, it was asked? Although the nature of luminosity is non-dual, name and form, etc., the objects of the six aggregates and the subject appear as two. Even though it has been experienced, these objects of reliance should be pure, relied upon without poison. This means that the duality of grasping, the completely conceptualized, and the other-powered, the duality of appearance, both disappear, and the non-dual nature of luminosity is accomplished. If it is accomplished in this way, what will it become? Form is the Buddha Vairochana. (Thus it is said.) The five aggregates are the nature of the Buddha, the faculties are the nature of the Bodhisattvas, the elements are the nature of the goddesses, and all containers and contents, having transformed their place, are transformed into the nature of wisdom. How will it be known to whom? The body of beings with aggregates and so on, is the nature of these gods. (Thus it is said.) If the meaning of the four empowerments is realized, then everything is the nature of great bliss. By what means is this accomplished? From the nature of pleasure and pain. (Thus it is said.) Pleasure is the nature of cessation. Suffering is the truth of suffering. Karma and afflictions, etc., arise. (Thus it is said.) Karma is formation and craving. Afflictions are ignorance and grasping. Birth is consciousness and name and form, and the six sense spheres, and contact, and feeling, and birth, and old age and death. The root of these is attachment to the things that cause them to arise. The cessation of that is the non-conceptual bliss of the cessation of eighty natures, and the bliss of the wisdom path of the bliss of emptiness. Thus, relying on the two causes, origination and path, the results, suffering and cessation, arise. Relying on birth and death, there is existence and nirvana. (Thus it is said.) Commentary on the second distinction of the fifth examination. The basis of the two stages of generation and completion.
