First, visualize the space arising from the triangle, and in the center of the emptiness, visualize Vairocana arising from Bhrūṃ (藏文,भ्रूम्,bhrūṃ,seed syllable), completely transformed from it, from the wheel of the mandala possessing various rays of light, arising from the stainless realm of existence. Within it, visualize a lotus arising from Paṃ (藏文,प,paṃ,lotus), and upon it, generate the sun mandala arising from Raṃ (藏文,र,raṃ,sun). The detailed explanation of this is: "Possessing the circles of wind and fire." As it is said, above the wind and fire, possess the circles of earth and water. What is its seed? "Ya Ra La Va (藏文,यरलव,yaralava, wind, fire, water, earth) beautifully adorn." That is to say, arising from the seeds of the four elements. Then, "above" refers to above Mount Sumeru, which arises from Suṃ (藏文,सुं,suṃ,Mount Meru). The mantra itself, "from" refers to the seed of Vairocana, the letter Bhrūṃ (藏文,भ्रूम्,bhrūṃ,seed syllable) itself, which is composed of the four elements. From the complete transformation of Vairocana, the palace is supported by the Tathāgata through the three doors of body, praised through speech, and extolled through mind. Inside the palace, whose peak is piled up with vajra jewels, above the moon mandala in the heart of the causal Vairocana, place the seed syllable mantra of the deity, and from this and the associated body of Vairocana, completely transformed, becoming a five-pronged vajra, from the emanation and retraction of its rays, contemplate the white body possessing the supreme of all Vajrasattvas. Like the color of the moon, seated on a moon seat, and so on, these are easy to understand. Then, in the east, Vairocana is three-faced and six-armed, the right face blue, the left face red, and the middle face white, holding a wheel, a bell, a sword, a lasso, a hook, and a skull cup. Amoghasiddhi is the right face white, the left face red, and the middle face green. The first hands hold various vajras and a bell. In the south is Ratnasambhava, in the west is Amitābha, and in the north is Amoghasiddhi, all three-faced and six-armed. Ratnasambhava's middle face is yellow, the right face blue, and the left face white. The first two hands hold a jewel and a bell. Amitābha is the right face blue, the left face white, and the middle face red. The first hands hold a lotus and a bell.

Bound. The remaining hands all hold swords, ropes, iron hooks, and skulls. Buddha Eye Mother, Mamaki Mother, White-clad Mother, and Tara are all the same as their respective main deities. Three faces and six arms. Wrathful Mother and Vajra Body, Vajra Desire Mother, Vajra Peaceful Mother, Vajra Yaksha Mother, Vajra Dakini Mother, Vajra Sound Mother, and Vajra Earth Mother are all one-faced and two-armed, holding vajras, jewels, lotuses, and various vajras, swords, ropes, iron hooks, and skulls. On the outer corners of the double wheel are flute girls, lute girls, large drums, and pottery drums, which are blue, yellow, red, and green respectively, all with one face and two arms. On the outer Dharma garments of the deities are depicted the Sixteen Good Aeons, and in their corners are flower girls, incense girls, lamp girls, and perfume girls, which are yellow, blue, red, and green respectively. At the eastern gate and so on are iron hooks, ropes, iron chains, and bells. Body color and hand gestures, etc., are easy to understand. Therefore, bless the five aggregates, twelve sense bases, and eighteen elements, invite the wisdom being, perform the empowerment, taste the nectar, meditate, recite, make offerings, and praise. When wanting to arise, perform the gathering, protect with the six-family mantras, and then arise. In this way, while practicing, invite the preparatory deities, and at the time of the great mandala, place statues or reliefs and other images in this way, invite the wisdom being, perform the empowerment, taste the nectar, meditate, recite, make offerings, and praise as much as possible. Thus, after the Vajrasattva mandala is completed, now the Hevajra mandala will be described. First, generate the outer mandala, a square with four doors. Within it, at half the size of the mandala, is a shape like a half-moon, with four pillars, surrounded by four patterns of vajras, jewels, lotuses, and various vajras. In its center, the Blessed One

One should visualize the Vajra who pleases the departed ones, with one face and four arms on a seat of various lotuses and a sun mandala, holding a sword and a wheel, a hook and a lasso. All of his retinue should also have burning hair standing on end, and should be placed on seats of various lotuses and suns. All the goddesses, starting with the lotus mother at the corners, should be visualized as having one face and two arms. On the seats of these as they have been spoken of, one should place the syllables such as Gauri. The Bhagavan's syllable is Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). The white one's is a long Hā. Cauri's is a short Hi. The corpse-raising one's is Dzi. The flesh-eating one's is Bi. Pukkasi's is Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). Savari's is Dza. Candali's is Maṃ. Ḍombi's is Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). The flower mother's is a short A. The incense mother's is a long Ā. The lamp mother's is a short A. The ablution mother's is a long Āṃ. At the four doors are Jaṃ Raṃ Baṃ Hūṃ (藏文:ཛཾ་རཾ་བཾ་ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:jaṃ raṃ baṃ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Jaṃ Raṃ Baṃ Hūṃ). Outside the outer mandala, inside the vajra fence, one should place the eight charnel grounds. One should also visualize the eight field protectors and the eight directional protectors, the eight nāgas and the eight clouds, and the eight messengers. Furthermore, one should explain according to the order of arising from union, how those to be tamed and the directional protectors first arose, namely the fierce one and Indra and near-Indra and all-pervading one are equal to Brahma. Taming the four māras and the eight directional protectors is when the Bhagavan previously came to Jambudvipa and suppressed them by spreading out seats, causing their minds to faint and their speech to stiffen and become deluded, robbing their consorts and enjoying the ganachakras. Because their consciousness fainted, they were liberated, and because their state was transformed and they attained wisdom, they were again liberated, so one should connect it in that way. Thus, after controlling and enjoying and taming, in order to nourish and protect them again, they were placed in the outer charnel grounds. So, what is the Bhagavan who tames in this way like? It is said, "By means of skillful means and wisdom yoga." In order to relieve the beings of the six realms, the heruka of the six realms, who possess the six afflictions, the left hand holds a skullcup and a khatvanga.
