If according to the saying of "making," then Buddhas and so on also become made. There is also fault in making, because it is also said (in the scriptures): "Then Buddhas, Vajradhara, etc., are also without cause." Just like this: "Initially, the Buddha has no cause." Because of saying that. Therefore, if there is no taming, not arising from nothingness, then how can various activities be accomplished? In order to show that reason, "Buddha" and so on are said. Here, "stable" and "moving" refer to the three realms of various things such as containers and contents. The so-called "all Buddhas" refers to that which is the ultimate bliss, without object of focus, the nature of emptiness and great compassion. The word "etc." refers to that which arises from luminosity. That is, "all things change here," which means the nature of those stable and moving things, inexhaustible wisdom. Those are also the nature of all discriminations, for the sake of cause and effect. Or, all Buddhas refer to Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Mahayana, and Samyaksambuddhas. The word "etc." refers to Bodhisattvas, Vajradhara, etc., the essence of those things changes in the Dharmadhatu. That is, "equally united with all Buddhas," which means directly making the aggregates, elements, and sense bases into Buddhas. The so-called "gathering of the Dakini's net," Dakini refers to going in the sky by emanation, pervading by going around. ཀི་ནི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) is from the sound of ཨ་ཀའི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), going crookedly. ནཱི་ནི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) is the form of subtle light, that is the collection of the root chakras of the nature of Bodhicitta. The so-called "gathering" means that the gathering of these arises from the yoga of entering equally with the Dharmadhatu. The so-called "by this" means that the reason spoken will become the yoga of illusion, therefore the nature of illusion will produce great magic. The so-called "various supreme at all times" means the nature of all forms, great wisdom, which also means inconceivable. The so-called "Buddhas and so on are accomplished by taming" means by showing various special activities and so on, Buddhas and Vajrasattva.

Accomplishment is achieved through acts of courage and so on. Not only that, but it also accomplishes the unsurpassed benefit of all sentient beings. Because the word "unsurpassed" is used for action, "unsurpassed" means acting repeatedly. Regarding "all women" etc., all women refer to all goddesses. They are the illusion goddesses, those born from the field, those born from mantras, and those born together, the yoginis who reside near the place. These yoginis are accomplished through illusion. Similarly, where all these Buddhas and yoginis are accomplished, it is said here that through sacred actions, abandoning the previous form, when the aggregates are discarded, the three realms will become the Buddha in the form of a yogini. Just as completely transforming one's own form means again abandoning my form and attaining Buddhahood. The word Buddha is an almost additional word. However, this is to understand Bodhisattvas and Yoginis. Therefore, "accomplishment" means the nature of inconceivable wisdom. Similarly, inconceivable, very inconceivable, extremely inconceivable, and even that which is most inconceivable through the extreme, that itself is also inconceivable. Regarding "various" etc., like this, the wisdom of the great five elements is inconceivable, and that itself is also the inconceivable variety, that itself is thinking, therefore it is illusion and very illusion and great illusion, the mudra of illusion is also the great great Mahamudra. Here, the word Dakini is explained through other explanations. Like this, "ḍe" is the sky-goer etc., spoken from the sound. "Ḍe" sky-goer is to make it the nature of emptiness. These are the definitive words spoken to explain the accomplishment of the great meaning. Regarding the sky etc., here, giving the opportunity to the Buddha and Vajradhara etc., and all things that are stable and moving etc., this is called the sky of wisdom, which is the realm of the extremely profound Dharmadhatu, which is neither apparent nor non-apparent, not emptiness, nor non-emptiness, not false, nor non-false, without things.
