With invocations and mantras, and reciting wrathful words, rain will fall. If even that does not cause rain to fall, make an image of a dragon from poison, salt, hemlock, and datura. Then, insert a nine-finger-long acacia stake into the heart. In a triangular homa furnace, light a butcher's fire or a cremation ground fire. Invite the Great Powerful One into the fire and meditate. Smear the body with cow dung, face south, and the Great Powerful One opens his wrathful mouth, blessing the tongue with Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हुं, hūṃ, Seed Syllable). Starting from the base of the image, cut it with a sharp weapon and offer one hundred and eight oblations, reciting the mantra in reverse, and rain will fall. If it does not rain after three times, then make an image of the Great Powerful One from the Great Powerful One's own six faults, hemlock, and datura. Summon it and meditate on yourself as having a harmful appearance. Press the image face down with the foot marked with a vajra residing in the sun. Recite the four Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हुं, hūṃ, Seed Syllable) mantra four hundred thousand times with the invocation "Varṣa pa la śīghraṃ" (བཪྵ་པ་ལ་ཤཱི་གྷྲཾ་, वर्षा प ल शीघ्रं, varṣa pa la śīghraṃ, Quickly Rain), and the Great Powerful One will cause rain to fall. If that still does not bring rain, then invite the Harmful Beauty King into the furnace of manifest action. Meditate on yourself as Harmful Beauty, opening the mouth marked with Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हुं, hūṃ, Seed Syllable). Cut the previous image with the four Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हुं, hūṃ, Seed Syllable) mantra with the words "Chinda Chinda" (ཙྪིནྡ་ཙྪིནྡ་, छिन्द छिन्द, chinda chinda, Cut Cut) and perform one hundred thousand fire offerings. Without a doubt, the Great Powerful One himself will cause rain to fall, and this method is known to all. After the rain has fallen, to comfort the nāgas and the Great Powerful One, offer to Vairocana and others in a white, round homa furnace. Offer butter, milk, and so on one hundred thousand times with that mantra, and without a doubt, it will become peaceful. If the rain is too heavy, offer one hundred fire offerings of old flowers and cotton offered to glorious Vajrasattva in the previously shown furnace of manifest action, and the rain will stop. A-tsa-li is the meaning of reality itself. Ka-na means to look at it with wisdom. Tse-ta Tse-ta means to summon all commands like a messenger. Mo-ta Mo-ta means

The method of combining here is: on the skull of a man, with the blood of the right foot's toe, salt, black ghee, and three kinds of mustard, on the painted image of the great god and his consort, the Vajra Immovable yogi recites its mantra and performs the summoning. "By combining the wind mandala, perform the ritual of the lion trampling." This refers to trampling on the back of the lion born from (Tibetan: ཡཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: wind) from the wind born from (Tibetan: སིཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सिं, Sanskrit Romanization: siṃ, Chinese literal meaning: lion), and visualizing summoning with an iron hook and rope.

In general, because there is no place and no place-holder, ten Hums (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,Crushing) are mentioned. Because of falling into three places, three Phats (ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,Breaking) are mentioned. In what is called "Self-nature" and so on, if one protects self-nature, then the yogi of the crown-turning wheel king abides in the center of the wheel of protection. Thinking of the bindu of Hum (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,Crushing) at the center of one's own heart wheel, or thinking of one's own image or another image, and then thinking of the wheel turning to the left, one will be protected. The other is also the same. The so-called "holding awareness on the arm" means that on the spokes of the ten-spoked wheel, write the Hum (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,Crushing) syllable, write the name in the center, and then write the mantra instructions of the lineage on the circumference, and then wear it on the arm. In what is called "Great Wrathful One" and so on, the so-called "essence" is the meaning of secret. What is it? It is the mantras. In whatever chapter there is application to them, they are called "essence." The explanation of the fourth chapter from the extensive commentary on the difficult points of the Vajra Net of the Dakini is completed. Explanation of the Fourth Chapter.
