被分封的转轮王们和天女们从旁围绕并进行劝诫，观上与下，思维轮回与寂灭平等。一切都具有金刚舞步等和莲花五种旋转，依次以九十八种脚步的姿势舞蹈和歌唱：空性无碍至高主，如梦如幻之自性中，直至未成就之前，修持心之自性。玛玛吉之歌。非轮回亦非涅槃，彼乃大乐金刚，谁之心无修持，彼即成办事业。眼母之歌。舍弃咒语和文字，明点远离声音之心，彼乃至上大乐，于此无须扬弃与安立。白衣母之歌。如同影像之自性，如是观修诸事物，空性无碍至高主，由此无有功德罪恶。度母之歌。犹如水中之月。 非真亦非假，以坛城胜妙之轮，身体亦应如是观。如是宣说了所有轮。法生舞之城市中，此乃颜色的处所法生之处。空行母金刚网之难解释，彼真实性显明中，第二品之解释完毕。 第二品之解释。

The apportioned Chakravartins and goddesses circumambulate from the sides and exhort, looking above and below, contemplate samsara and nirvana as equal. All possess Vajra steps and the like, and the five rotations of the lotus, and in sequence, dance and sing with ninety-eight kinds of footstep postures: Emptiness, unobstructed, supreme lord, in the nature of dream and illusion, until not accomplished, meditate on the nature of mind.
