If so, it goes to its own nature. "Thus" means that it transforms into the five lineages of Bodhi. "Jewel with various shapes" means a jewel crystal ball, because it can be freely changed into colors such as lovely flowers. "Born from the Vajra of the Heart" means born from the wisdom like Vajra. "One's own distinctions" refers to the views that cling to self, etc., because it is dualistic grasping. "Pure" means being free from temporary defilements. "Pure mind is bliss" means: Because the three defilements are abandoned, it transforms into the great bliss of no outflow. If you think: How can the elaborations of color and characteristics, etc., become a method of liberation? Therefore, it is said, "If emptiness is the method," etc. If you think that emptiness itself, which is devoid of means, is the path, then even after hundreds of thousands of kalpas, you will not become a Buddha, but you will only attain a state of no leisure with the peaceful fruits of the infinite realm of space, etc. This is also not accepted by the Paramita system, and the Prajnaparamita with the means of the five Paramitas should be practiced. Not just relying on wisdom without means, etc. If you think that emptiness itself is the means at the stage of the path, and the fruit at the stage of maturation, therefore it is said, "Cause," etc. At that time, since there is no difference between the emptiness of the path and maturation, the fruit as desired, emptiness becomes non-means, that is its meaning. Cause is the nature of elaboration, because it has an object. Fruit is the nature of non-elaboration, because it has no object. Therefore, cause and effect are established separately. Therefore, the means is not just emptiness. If you think: Then why is emptiness spoken of? Because by eliminating the inverted, it is shown as a limb of the means. "Those who are inverted from the view" refers to the views that are inverted and inconsistent, such as the selflessness of phenomena. "Those who seek the view of self" refers to clinging to the self.

It is seeking, it is manifest attachment to self-grasping, and in order to dispel these views of self-grasping, emptiness was taught by the Victorious One, that is its meaning. If, from the manner of the perfections, the five perfections, seized by the means of the perfection of wisdom, are practiced for three countless eons, and giving away heads and so forth, it is shown that enlightenment is accomplished by various white deeds, then what is to be done with the means of mandalas, wheels, and so forth? Therefore, mandalas, wheels, and so forth, say: means are the vows of bliss. And so forth is said. Therefore, what is said as "therefore" refers to the five perfections together with their retinue, which are gathered into the wheel of the mandala of the deities, which is the means, and what is said as "means of bliss" does not refer to difficult practices. What is said as "vow" is: it is shown as bliss itself, practicing all that is close to desire, and possessing the experience of the bliss of the two faculties. What is said as "Buddha pride" is being separated from ordinary pride. What is said as "quickly" is in this very life. If the body of the Buddha and the body of the Dharma are to be meditated upon in the manner of non-existence, then, having spoken of the thirty-two marks and so forth, the means is shown to abide in the nature of the three samadhis of the form of the three bodies. Among what is said as "supreme of all aspects" and so forth, the supreme of all aspects is the supreme, it is the nature of emptiness. Vastness is the nature of great means. By this, sentient beings enter the five wheels, therefore it is the entry of sentient beings. Clarifying it is the first chapter. From the difficult commentary on the Vajra Net of the Dakini, namely, Clarifying Reality, the explanation of the first chapter is complete. Explanation of the First Chapter.
