The so-called "Earth" refers to: the place of great bliss in the crown chakra, where the Buddhas of the ten directions are gathered. The great bliss itself and the Buddhas merge into one, transforming into the nature of (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). This nature transforms into the nectar of the melting moon, entering the nadis. "Karni, this descends as clear light in the center" is its meaning. Another explanation is: "The navel chakra of Chandali burns," meaning the navel chakra is the stove Kaloka. "Burns" refers to the clear light of self-awareness wisdom. In reality, it is the fire of wisdom that directly realizes Samadhi that arises and burns. "The five Tathagatas are the objects to be burned," meaning to be free from the five discriminations such as desire. "The five senses, such as the eyes, are also burned," meaning to be free from the discriminations of the five skandhas. "(Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) burns, and the stream of flesh and flesh also descends," meaning the (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) of the crown chakra melts, flowing from the lunar fluid, passing through the nadi channels, and descending into the sky due to the burning of light, thereby freeing oneself from all discriminations and accomplishing the meaning of the Great Mudra of the Five Families. This verse is a great place of oral instructions, and because it is not the realm of practice for speculators and those who have entered the Lesser Vehicle, its meaning is explained in a hidden way, and should be understood from the mouth of the Guru. It is also said in this tantra: "Ultimately, others cannot realize it, and one will not attain realization in any way. By serving the Guru's means and lineage, one will possess merit." Therefore, oral instructions are transmitted from ear to ear and have never been written in words. Therefore, one should serve the virtuous Guru for a long time, and only after obtaining the oral instructions and practicing them will one achieve accomplishment, that is its meaning. The explanation of the first chapter is completed. First, the explanation of the chapter on the Vajra Family.
