So, how are they distinguished by the divisions of lineage? The distinctions of lineage are like mirrors, each having similar aspects, and many similar aspects, the lineage of Bodhisattvas, of which there are six. Since they have existed from beginningless time, they are the lineages of the Bodhisattvas. As it is said, "Lineage is explained as sixfold." Briefly, there are five. The reason for saying five is that the sixth, which has many similar aspects, is included in the preceding five, which are more powerful. The term "three aspects" refers to dividing them into three: body, speech, and mind. As it is said, one should especially have faith and unite one's own body, speech, and mind with the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, which is easy to understand. These are spoken of from the perspective of the five lineages, such as "lineage," and so forth. The term "five" refers to one's own body being composed of the five elements. Therefore, one should view the five elements as the five lineages and especially have faith in the five elements as the five lineages. "Having the nature of the five aggregates" means that one should also especially have faith in one's own five aggregates as the five lineages. "Offering and counting" means gathering countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas one by one and counting them as the five lineages, which is the meaning of that. Spoken from the perspective of the two truths, such as "without a deity," and so forth. "No meditator, no meditation." Here, "meditation" refers to the act of meditating, that is, the meditator. These two should not be viewed separately. Mantras and deities are not different from oneself. When meditating, these are not different from the nature of clarity, and one should have faith that they are the same. That is the meaning. "Suchness," "truth," and "reality" are synonyms. Therefore, in the chapter on "Suchness," the truth is to be stated. Here, the conventional truth is considered the means of accomplishing the supremely vast, while the ultimate truth is considered the means of accomplishing the supremely extinguished. For example, "mantras," and so forth. Mantras and deities do not exist in the ultimate truth. Why? Because they do not exist as they appear. At that time, one might wonder what the ultimate truth is like. For example, "truly existing place," and so forth. Elaboration and

And 'jincilog'. Here, the term 'error' refers to the same thing. Since the sphere of all errors is not the object of activity, the realm of phenomena is without elaboration. The nature of the great bliss of true wisdom that focuses on it is without elaboration because all the signs of error have disappeared. This very true wisdom, together with its seeds, has exhausted the defilements. Abandoning the discriminations that appear as places, bodies, and enjoyments, the uncontaminated realm is also without elaboration. These three are completely pure, like the sky, infinite, and the meaning of what is called the Dharma body without elaboration. In its own nature, in its very essence, that ultimate truth exists. Therefore, one should contemplate making that very nature manifest. In that way, it is Vairochana, appearing only as clarity. It is Akshobhya, because it is without appearance. It is Amoghasiddhi, because it accomplishes various purposes. It is Ratnasambhava, because it obtains all the Buddha's teachings. It is Arochana, because it perfectly practices the nature of all those. Thus, the very nature of the five wisdoms is courage, which is the meaning of Vajrasattva. Regarding Brahma and so on, it is said that it is Brahma and so on. If one wonders how this is, it is said, 'Brahma and so on.' Whatever is the nature of realizing that which is perfectly pure, it is supremely Brahma because it is the Buddha, and therefore it is called Brahma Nirvana, which is the very nature of liberation. Nirvana, liberation, peace, and Brahma are different names. 'Entering' means entering into its nature. Where does one enter? Into the supremely profound Dharma body. 'Always exceedingly virtuous' means because it is always virtuous and exceedingly virtuous. Regarding 'all' and so on, because this very thing abides by the fact that the realm of phenomena recognizes it as the nature of all, therefore it is all. 'Supreme bliss' means precisely showing the uncontaminated supreme bliss. 'Distinguishing by realizing bliss' means realizing that unsurpassed bliss. Whoever does not know it is asleep.
