Second, the explanation of the chapter on establishing accomplishment. Second, the explanation of the chapter on establishing accomplishment. "Bhagavan, all dharmas," and so on. Just as a large water jar poured into the great ocean, it remains in one direction. Similarly, in the ocean of samsara, turbulent with aquatic monsters such as desire, even with a deity of one's own desire, like a water jar. How can sentient beings attain accomplishment? That is, how can all dharmas be perfected into the same nature? This is the former view. The Bhagavan said, and so on. "Selflessness" refers to the Bhagavati. Its yoga is the nature of all dharmas being completely pure. Because it is perfectly in accordance with this, or rather, Heruka Shri and so on. The meaning of Heruka Shri has been explained previously. These two are distinguished by the generation stage. However, from the ultimate completion stage, it is not. As it is said, "Faces and hands, etc., have forms, ultimate bliss has no form." The meaning of this is that, for the sake of the beings to be tamed, in the generation stage, it is distinguished by hands, faces, colors, and shapes, etc. But it is not distinguished by the nature of great bliss that constantly arises, that is, the completion stage. "At night" refers to sleep, that is, all the aggregates of senses are stopped. "In one's own home" refers to the five aggregates, because of one's own conceptualization, neither long nor short, held by the mind, so it is like a home, therefore it is a home. "The minds of the accomplished ones" refers to the mind that is liberated from ordinary arrogance and is perfectly in accordance with the image of one's own deity. That is, by meditating on the nature of the deity in all circumstances, one will approach accomplishment. Therefore it is said, "Washing the feet," and so on. "I said" means that I myself have clearly elucidated the correct ritual. Why? Because it is meditation. How is it? It is the destroyer of sins. That is, it destroys the objects of the aggregates, etc., including habitual tendencies. "For the sake of accomplishment,"

Regarding "Ya-wa" etc., in order for these to be definitely accomplished, it is thoroughly examined with distinctions such as half-month etc. Regarding "there is no other method" etc., if one does not understand the sequence just mentioned, there is no other method whatsoever that can accomplish the benefit of oneself and others. Therefore it is said, regarding "several times" etc., even with distinctions such as one day etc., one should continuously engage in wisdom etc. The stated result is "immediately," that is, in that very instant. "To have faith" means to experience it directly. Regarding "fear and madness" etc., these are just slight indications; furthermore, the suffering of conditioned existence does not cause the practitioner to be afflicted. "Thus" refers to the characteristics of the path just mentioned. "If practiced" means the path, that is, becoming accustomed to it. Regarding "benefit and harm" etc., the arising of the unsurpassed qualities of the Tathagata's wisdom is the result of benefit. Those who have not become accustomed to that path, the arising of birth, old age, sickness, death, sorrow, lamentation, suffering, displeasure etc. are the results of harm. Regarding "by all means" etc., it is easy to understand. "That" means obtaining the instruction. "Ability" means the power of the mantra practitioner etc. "Summoning" should be applied to all gods, humans, asuras etc. "Grasping" means after taking it. Regarding "conduct," one should practice the conduct of the vidyadhara's discipline. "Self-nature" means the mind. "Steadfast" is grasped by the distinction of time and circumstance. "For the sake of faith" means for the sake of manifestation. Regarding "for the sake of enjoyment" etc., it is not taught for the sake of enjoyment. "Whoever is famous" means those who are considered the most excellent yogis, they perfect the state of Buddhahood, and this mudra, for those with inferior faith, will generate fear, therefore it is a terrifying form.
