Chapter Ten: The Mandala and Empowerment. Chapter Ten: The Mandala and Empowerment. Now, without a mandala, empowerment should not be given, and without empowerment, the true nature cannot be clarified. Therefore, the chapter on empowerment preceded by the mandala, starting from there, etc., should be briefly collected and clarified. It is also said: The tantra is realized by another tantra. This is the definitive understanding of the Tathagatagarbha. Regarding "having a divine nature," it is also said: The nature of dharma and enjoyment being complete, and the bliss born together with the emanation being mixed into one, the supreme and unchanging bliss is what is manifestly called a deity. Regarding the four places mentioned for drawing the mandala, such as gardens, etc. A garden is a delightful place of joy, the nature of the mandala of body, speech, and mind, sown within the Dharmadhatu, purified by emptiness and the sixteen compassions, this is the determination of the place of the mandala. Possessing all tastes and smells, the treasure of all qualities. The yogi should recognize this as having the characteristic of the space element, this is the determination of the nature of earth. Also possessing the vajra line, etc. Regarding this, it is also said: By dividing the essence of the moon, the vajra line is sown, again dividing the parts, it is the mandala of body, speech, and mind. All dharmas in which body, speech, and mind are united, in one way, Vajrasattva I, draw lines on the vajra ground. Om Ah Hum Phat (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽啪). It is also said in the arrangement of secret adornment: First, with the supreme mantra, after drawing lines in the sky, then the great yogi, draws the mandala of the secret mother. And so on. It is also said to realize glorious bliss: Therefore, the mandala is called a wheel, the method is the collection of bliss, with the pride of the Buddha and yoga, one will soon become a Buddha. When the mind is well-abiding, suchness is the field of activity, all dharmas are naturally luminous, primordially pure and without defilement, the mandala is thusness, those who desire benefit should know.

Also. Aggregates, sources, etc., are gathered, For what is differentiated and transformed, For the transformation of body, speech, and mind, It is called the mandala of colored powders. When showing aggregates and so on, It is said to be the mandala of aggregates. The mandala of the mind is pure, It should be meditated upon from non-self-nature. The first corner is the one who realizes, Like a mirror, it transforms. It is said to be the one who individually realizes, The southern corner is adorned. Accomplishing activities is the most excellent, The western corner is extremely clear. Equality is called great wisdom, The northern corner follows after me. Thus, the one with four corners, Is the object of wisdom that is observed. Thus, that nature is extremely absorbed, In the center of all corners. It is also said to be the one with four doors, The four mindfulnesses constantly arise. Likewise, it is said to be the four corners, From the four perfections, it is extremely pure. The nature of the central mandala, Is adorned by Akshobhya. The mandala is always peaceful, For the sake of adorning the meaning of peaceful Dharma, Net, half-net, moon, etc., Whatever is drawn in the mandala and, Stirrups and all other things, Those are definitely correct in Samadhi. The stirrup is the ultimate of the mind, That nature is said from self-nature. The mind is what is extremely absorbed, Abiding in the limbs of Samadhi, That is called the net. With half of that, it is half-net. The bell abides perfectly in the net, One who proclaims and understands one's own sound, The Dharmas are like sound and images, Is the one who individually realizes. Also, what is said in the glorious Prajnaparamita, Subhuti said: Kausika, thus, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, practicing and abiding in the Prajnaparamita, knows very well that all Dharmas are like sounds and images. Moreover, from those, they do not see with correct mindfulness, they do not know with correct wisdom, those Dharmas are also not existent, and they are also not known with correct wisdom, they are unobtainable. If one abides thus, then one is practicing the Prajnaparamita. In the Victory Banner, that is said, for the sake of showing that all Dharmas are unborn. When the mind is vast and is not stained by things and so on, the mind is said to be supreme.
