The self is also its father. This is the fourth practice from the mouth of the holy guru. If you wonder what to do after empowerment, then that very nature should be shown to it. What is said like that is the same as that very nature, or similar to that very nature, or inseparable from that very nature, or what represents that very nature. If you wonder what that very nature is that was spoken, it is said, "Separation from joy and the supreme man with boundaries." Such words will be explained by the guru. The edge of the edge is greatness itself. That is to say, the means and wisdom that arise at that time are the best of the best. For the time being, if it is like that as a representation, but if there is doubt as to what is being represented, it is said, "With the other hand from one's own right." It is said that the index finger of the left hand and the old thumb, with the guru's instructions, the two waves that arise from the wheel of perfect enjoyment, like an ocean, are the two mighty waves. To squeeze means to bless. Those who, according to the tradition of other tantras, with the fingers of the old man, should drink into the mouth of the disciple, those who give the secret empowerment do not remember this, that it is not taken by hand, not a conch shell instrument made by fish, but taken by the immortal tongue. That is it. But if that is the case, then at that time, abandoning the Brahmin and being very respectful only to the seat, this reason will be found, because what is represented by diligent effort makes what is represented remain in a state of incomprehension? It should be understood by squeezing the two waves. Because what is represented cannot be shown, it is spoken with two metaphors. Like the joy of youth, or like the dream of a mute. It means that just as a young woman does not understand joy, the joy experienced by a mute in a dream, or seeing a dream and not being able to proclaim it, these two cannot, so too is this wisdom that has become what is represented. Therefore, if you wonder what is the metaphor and what is being represented, it is said, "The edge of the supreme and the center of separation from joy." Such words will also be explained by the guru. Emptiness and non-emptiness arise together.
