Third, an explanation of the beginning of all tantras and the chapter on secret language. Third, an explanation of the beginning of all tantras and the chapter on secret language. Now, since the attainment has been determined, abiding without doubt, reaching the ultimate of entering the immovable place, in order to occasionally speak of the meaning spoken by the entry of sentient beings of the demonic class, therefore it is necessary that the Bhagavan himself shows the means of the beginning of all tantras to the yoginis, that is what is said. Having said that, then Vajradhara spoke of the means called the beginning of all tantras, and taught it to the yoginis, that is what is said. The words "all tantras" refer to the ultimate enlightenment where all powers, such as wisdom and discernment, are perfectly complete, that is all tantras. Its beginning is the first cause. "Then" means immediately, without interruption. "Vajradhara" means the indivisible body, which is just a symbol, it is beyond any realm. Therefore it is called Vajradhara. That is also the means, that is, the wisdom of Vajradhara, which is of those yoginis, because it is inseparable from the wisdom of the yogis, therefore it is the wisdom of Vajradhara, selflessness, and so on. "Taught" means that which cannot be expressed in words, but is expressed manifestly by clearly explaining the Dharma, as the noble one said: The Dharma shown with compassion is not expressible by words. Thus it is said. Having spoken of the means of the beginning of all tantras, namely: vows and initiations, as well as the language of thought, the distinction of the moment of joy, and food, and so on. This is brief, and the detailed explanation of this is spoken. Among them, having spoken of vows and so on, temporarily teaching the vows: The vows of all Buddhas are, the letters ཨེ་ཝཾ་(藏文,梵文天城体,evam, thus) exist separately. That is also known from the initiation, the great bliss that one can perceive oneself. The word "vows" is a detailed explanation of the brief indication in the first chapter, the vows of all Buddhas are a collection. Exist separately, that is, exist separately one by one. Where is it? In the letters ཨེ་ཝཾ་(藏文,梵文天城体,evam, thus).

It is for the wisdom that is non-dual with skillful means. Or, that which is all the Buddhas, that is, the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, etc., in the letter evaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus), from realizing the non-duality of wisdom and skillful means, the vows of Vajradhara abide separately in wisdom. They abide separately, one by one. This is called realizing the non-duality of wisdom and skillful means, it is the wisdom that possesses the nature of expansion and contraction, and the essence of the two truths. Thus illusion) and so on, the evaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus) itself, which was briefly indicated in the first chapter, is the opening word. How then should that vow be known? It is said, "From empowerment," this is the detailed explanation of what was briefly indicated in the empowerment chapter. It will be known and realized from the explanation of the empowerment and the abbreviated form. What is the difference? That vow is also neuter. What is to be known by oneself is great bliss. This is true wisdom. It is for the abiding in the form of evaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus). Then, when the yoginis asked the Bhagavan Vajrasattva about evaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus), from "then" to the middle, Vajrasattva means the non-duality of the three vajras. Bhagavan means possessing all the qualities such as power. The yoginis mean the selflessness mother and so on. They asked about the non-duality of evaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus). This refers to the question that will be explained. The vows of all the Buddhas are perfectly abiding in the letter evaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus). Thus spoke the Bhagavan. The vow of the dakinis, how is the letter evaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus) expressed? Bhagavan teacher, the guide of beings, please explain in order. If for a moment it is thought that the vows of all the Buddhas are evaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus), then the vows of the dakinis are also the neuter letter evaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus). How then should that letter evaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus) be expressed? That Bhagavan teacher is the teacher. Therefore, the guide of beings, please explain, because the explanation is obvious, please indicate separately. How to explain in order? To this, the Bhagavan replied: The letter e (藏文,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:Eh) is a beautiful form, adorned in the middle with the letter vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:വം), it is the place of all bliss, it is the precious Buddha flower. The form of the letter e (藏文,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:Eh) is the letter e (藏文,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:Eh).
